Poor customer service.I received a gift for my kids and one of the boxes had a small tear on the side but it was still attached and in original packaging. Not something open or a toy that is damaged... since there was a small tear the guy at the cashier wouldn't replace or exchange for me the item and basically i was stuck with it. This would have been easily returned in Target or any other store that sells toys.I wouldn't recommend buying there!

Everyone working in the store was so helpful. My son was very upset because I had promised to take him to buy a new playmobil set and when we got there we found out that they don’t sell them (that was my fault, I should have called.) after seeing how upset he was they went above and beyond and searched their storage, coming up with a playmobil coloring book, puzzle and even a playmobil guy- all of which they gave him for free. They also kept reassuring me not to worry about his tantrum, as they have kids and understand. They were so sweet and helpful
