Don’t waste your time. Says it works till 7pm, but it doesn’t. Was waiting 15 minutes to figure out that they are not on lunch how JC Penney employee told me, but that they are just closed. Wasted time to commute, wasted part of Saturday.

This is the best place to get an eye exam and buy glasses. Everyone who works there is super friendly and competent. Today I went in to pick up my new glasses and optical tech, Ahmad, gave me unbelievably excellent service. He made sure the glasses were perfectly straight and fit well. I highly recommend this optical office!

I love the service that I receive from Bernard he was very kind with me and my daughter that need glasses for school the other day I visit this optical again and he was not there any more and I feel sad because he was very nice.

I do not recommend this place. I had a number of inconveniences that would not end if I listed them here. They charged my bank account and my insurance for a pair of glasses that they never delivered to me and it gave me a lot of work to contact someone with a good attitude who answered.Finally I contact the manager and she resolve the issue after many days of complain.They are not reliable, buying there is a lot of problems not a solution for your needs And you have to deal with the team that is very rude and disrespectful.

The place here are very accessible to find when you enter JCPenney. They offer quick service, and the people who work here are very kind. Plus you get amazing options to choose from in eyewear. I've gone here for about two years now and I love them.

Driving anywhere near the Aventura Mall is not a relaxing activity for me. But I do it if I have to. and when my glasses fell and broke in two...I had to go....to the JC Penney's Optical Store. I made a reservation on the phone for an appointment and Trisha called a few days later to confirm. So pleasant, helpful and professional. when I got to Penney's on the day of my appointment, I was immediately greeted by Taisha. Excellent customer service. the most gentle, stress-reducing voice. she made the whole process wonderful.

Taisha took care of me at the "JCPenney Aventura Optical Department" back on February of this year. I must commend her professionalism and care during my visit to change the lenses of my glasses. She was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my needs. It was a pleasure to deal with her and I hope she is around next year on my next visit. Charles Castro

My mother and I visited this JCPenney Opticals at Aventura Mall. Finding the location was relatively easy. Upon entering, I was glad that they had a sign-in sheet with a new bottle of hand sanitizer. We were greeted by Taisha, who is a fantastic representative with a welcoming and friendly persona. Both my mom and I felt comfortable with Taisha's knowledge of the frames as well as the additional lense features available including transitions, the blue light filter and the anti-glare. My purchases included new prescription reading glasses and sunglasses while my mom purchased new prescription reading glasses. I do need to admit that both my mom and I accidentally purchased everything with old prescriptions, as we forgot we both had updated prescriptions. Taisha kindly shared with me that JCPenney Opticals offers 90 days to return the items for free prescription corrections to the lenses. We felt very relieved to learn this and went ahead with returning the items for the team to updated our lenses. Soon we will return to pickup the items when they are delivered to our Aventura Mall location. Thank you kindly to Taisha and her colleague.

Doc didn't take his time - I walked out with a worst prescription than my previous year. I recommend you take your time, money and insurance somewhere else.
