terrible attitude towards the client! The return policy is simply at the lowest level! will do anything to make you feel unwelcome in this store. I was never given a refund. very slow. Waste of time, I repeat, I don’t want to visit this store anymore!

About 3 months ago was the last time I bought online at J&Jack... for size reasons I had to return a couple of my daughter's dresses that I bought again in a larger size, and well, first of all, both the Manager and the employees of the Aventura store are very unpleasant when it comes to taking the return, they always make gestures of displeasure and as if of doubt... they are extremely unpleasant, however, this last time I bought and I had to make the return , I got a bigger surprise: They returned the value of the garments but NOT THE TAXES, so I asked them to verify and correct the error by returning the total paid, but to my surprise they told me that they did not refund taxes and that was when they already I asked to speak to a superior. and it was the supervisor herself who was talking to me, and she insisted that she could not return the taxes to me, and that was when I had to mention to her that they were committing a very delicate mistake by keeping the clients' taxes, since if there is no sale, there is no sales tax to report accounting speaking, so when they realized that I was not going to allow the abuse, the supervisor told me that "for this time" they were going to make an "exception and they were going to refund me what I paid"...What nerve!!! Keeping the money of customers who do not pay attention to the total amount of the refund!!!! Because otherwise, what else can you think of? What do they do or who keeps those taxes not returned to the client?And well, the next day I called J&Jack's Costumer Service to report what had happened to me, and they told me they would report the case, but I never knew if they did anything about it since I never received a call or a message back, so It may be that they continue to break the law...For my part, I have very little desire to go back into that store or to deal, especially with the Manager or supervisor of Janie and Jack from Mall Aventura! who always seems to be unhappy with his job, apart from the dishonesty and terrible, terrible customer service!!!!I hope they make a radical change in personnel and train them to treat those of us who help them have a job well...

It's not friendly store.....
The service is terrible and the Manager is an extremely rude person who dared to tell my barely two-year-old daughter to get out of there, making gestures with her arms. In addition to that, I had a discount coupon for being a recurring customer of the brand and he rudely told me that that store did not accept it. Without a doubt I will not return. Please avoid the bad time where an abusive person dares to insult your child.

I've been calling all morning. No one bothered to answer the phone. Their voicemail says : they are busy assisting other customers. So...the ones on the phone aren't customers? What a joke.

I went few minutes ago to J&J at Aventura Mall and the Customer service is so bad!! The staff is so rude. I do not recommend this store location.

Very unfriendly staff including the manager. Very dismissive and rude about the return policy and looking up a receipt. When I request to speak to the district manager everyone’s attitude soon change. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel unwanted and unwelcome. Not sure if they were profiling us because we don’t look like the Prefer shoppers they usually get in this location. We’ve shopped this brand numerous time in New York and never had this horrible experience .

Simply marvelous service from Crystal at Janie and Jack today December 1, 2020. She managed to be of great assistance to me in a very comfortable yet professional way, while maintaining social distancing. I really appreciated her making my COVID-19 shopping at Janie as Jack still pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Crystal and thanks for the info on online shopping through the store!
