My Mom, sister and I went in Janie and Jack this morning and the worker was on her computer. I understand that it gets boring at work when there are no customers so it is good to bring something to do when your not busy. However, when there is a customer in the store, the employee should get up and offer assistance.

terrible attitude towards the client! The return policy is simply at the lowest level! will do anything to make you feel unwelcome in this store. I was never given a refund. very slow. Waste of time, I repeat, I don’t want to visit this store anymore!

The staff was amazing and so helpful. They gave me a session on how to pack the boxing gift boxes.
