I stopped in here not knowing that a Hugo store was owned by Hugo Boss. I thought it was a different brand all together. A nice gentleman clerk greeted and the first thing he asked me was....how's the weather outside ??? ... LOL. I said, I don't know, I have been inside the mall for a few hours.... Anyway, he was very nice and chatty and he told me that this German brand of clothing focuses on sharp cuts and clean designs. Expert tailoring on casual clothes makes this a top notch choice for those who want quality but a relaxed look. Shirts can go for about $100 to $200-300. Jackets can run in the $500 range. They also had a large section for men's underwear and sleepwear.

Walked in to get gift card, woman couldn’t be bothered from texting on WhatsApp’s to help us. We say hello, she still doesn’t stop texting. Then after finally telling her what we need, she continues the interaction with extreme rudeness and finishing our sentences with her own assumptions and won’t let us speak.Horrible service from a brand we shop from very often.UPDATE, she’s answering a phone call on speaker while helping us. REALLY….

I was looking for a new pair of shoes and Jorge, the store representative, was very nice and went and retrieved the pair I was looking at. I asked for a size 11 and he brought back a size 10 and said they always run a size big. I then tried them on and they felt okay at the time. I then wore them the next day and after walking in them for 2 hours, going to dinner ect I realized they were too small. The following day (today Feb 3) I went to get a bigger size which they did not have. So after he tried upselling me on a different pair that I didn't like I agreed to just get a refund. Then he took the shoes out of the box and realized they had been worn and he wouldn't give me a refund for them since they had been worn. So a multi million dollar corporation wouldn't give me a refund 2 days after purchase because they had very very minor tread marks on the bottom. No scuffs, no tears, nothing, just some color on the bottom from being wore outside. I just find it absurd I couldn't get a refund on a shoe that he promised ran big and had no damage whatsoever. Not professional.

I want to say thank you to Jorge for providing one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. I purchased my suit at sawgrass for my wedding in November and was a little nervous that the sizes would be too big for me. Jorge recommended I switch to an extra slim fit and helped get the pants to the exact fit I want. Thank you so much!

no one answers the phone in the store, salesmen don't want to look for the products, and when you ask him to talk to a manager, they say they don't have access yet to manager.

I entered this store about a month ago and I was dressed very nice with professional clothes and got attended to super quick within 5 seconds of entering the store. The manager was super nice and so attentive that day. 2 weeks after that day, I walk in the store again with the idea of buying a suit. I didn’t know what size suit I needed since I grew out of my older suits. This time around, I was dressed with gyms shorts and a t-shirt and a hat. IT TOOK ABOUT 10minutes for anybody to say ANYTHING to me. The manager knew I was looking for something because I was evidently browsing the suits but walked by me like 3 times and didn’t offer help or said a word. It wasn’t until later on that I told him I needed a suit and would like to know what size I am. He grabs a shirt and walks me to the dresser and throws the shirt on the bench. I go back out and tell him I need to know my suit size, not my shirt size. He started to talk to me like I was illiterate while having another customer at arms reach. I told him just go ahead and attend the customer and when you finish you can help me then. At this point I was disgusted by how long I had to wait and the lack of attention but the first time I walked in there, he attended me so quick becuase I was dressed nice. Anyways, I left the store and went to Bloomingdales and bought an entire suit at Bloomingdales. The same money I spent at Bloomingdales for a suit, I could’ve spent at Hugo if it wasn’t for the horrible and discriminatory service. Fast forward to present day, I walked in there again today and was attended to by the manager in a nicer way but I was dressed with professional clothes. So at this point I don’t know if it’s a certain look that you have to have to get serviced at these stores, but it’s not ideal and very unprofessional.
