Still in shock over how rude and disrespectful and what overall clueless people work at this store. Such a reputable brand that my wife and I have bought many times over and have experience like this is shocking.
My wife had a return that was not the right size and they didn’t have it in stock, and she wanted to get me another pair of shoes and a belt but the two sales people in there are just terrible.
Wouldn’t help us with the return because it was purchased online. I’m trying to hold a conversation with them. They just keep looking away and ignoring us when we’re talking directly to him. These guys shouldn’t even be working in Walmart.
We’re here on vacation and saw the 3.1 star review and thought , it was an anomaly, but trust me this store deserves every bit of it.

Similar to many of the other reviews, the staff never acknowledged me. It was a Monday afternoon and not a busy time. I wanted to buy a few things but ended up leaving.

I really enjoy shopping at the Hermes in Aventura. The sales associates are super friendly especially Karen and Lola! Love all my purchases!

This Hermes store is beautiful, but what made my experience more beautiful Was the staff members. Tyson in particular was organizing the store. My husband asked him for assistance, took us in consideration. and actually stopped and helped us. He was so calm, professional, what an expert . worth everything. making my vacation much more special. thank you Tyson and thanks to the staff of Hermes .

Horrible customer service. I walked into the store and was not even greeted when I entered. It was not busy at all and had multiple associates and security there, but yet no one acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. I sat and waited for about 20-30minutes and watched as multiple associates walked past me as if I was invisible. There was another elderly couple who came in after me that was also having similar experience. Other people that walked in after us were somehow getting more attention than us. The older lady even asked twice if someone could help her and no one did. I finally asked one of the associates who walked past me if he or someone else could help me as I just wanted to see if they had a sandal in my size that I wanted to buy. He looked at me and said "yes, one second. Let me just send this text message" and walked to the back. I waited about 10minutes and he never came back. I eventually left because I felt so uncomfortable like an outcast and disrespected as if I wasn't "rich" enough to be helped. Very disappointing experience and won't ever come back to this Hermes location.

I recently visited the Hermes store at Aventura with my partner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We spent 15 minutes inside the store without a single acknowledgment from the staff. It felt as though we were completely invisible. When I finally decided to take a video before leaving, a staff member approached, not to offer help, but to scold me for filming. The lack of customer service was shocking, especially for a brand like Hermes, which prides itself on luxury and exclusivity. Experiences like this are likely contributing to the decline in Hermes' sales. This store seriously needs to reassess its approach to customer service.

Your automated answering computer is not working properly. I call, it says to speak with a specialist press 1.
I press one. It says they are all busy. To get a call back press 1. To wait press 2. Pressed 2. They immediately play the same press one to get call back press 2 to wait. Pressed 2. Hangs up on me. This happened 3 times. 4th time I call back I press one to get a call back. Immediately replays message: 1 to get a call back 2 to wait. I press 1. Immediately hangs up on me. Hermes should be embarrassed. Aweful service. Please fix this asap. I will try back one more time tomorrow. Then I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been shopping at the Aventura location a little over a year now. Walked into the boutique inquiring about purchasing bag. The store was full of people and seemed like it was going to be awhile, when I came across a person helping someone else. She answered my questions and handed me her card, it was a brief interaction. Since then, I’ve been working with Fernanda. She has made my experience special. I have to admit that I’ve gone into different Hermes boutiques and went unnoticed, because I wasn’t their client, but Fernanda was different. She is always helping someone when I walk into the store. Even when someone interrupts with a question, she responds politely. I appreciate her gentle and respectful qualities more than being priority. I’ve been offered help by numerous associates when waiting, always offered a drink, and when things are unavailable, Alyssa or Meg would swoop in to help deliver. Almost always we engage in friendly conversations, and even when empty handed, my visit is always pleasant.

Hermès Aventura has been nothing short of great! I absolutely love the store design and ambiance, and could spend hours looking and their beautiful selection. After shopping online for a while I walked into the store just to ask a question and have had a very pleasant experience from the moment I met Andrea. She is so kind and friendly, and makes me feel truly appreciated. I will no longer buy online, go to any other store or shop with anyone else! Having such a professional and dedicated SA makes ALL the difference in the world, and Andrea has helped turn me into a client for life, and a true admirer of the world of Hermès. The maison offers precious articles, luxuriously and delicately crafted, but it’s the experience of purchasing at a welcoming store with such an amazing SA for me. If you are visiting South Florida, don’t bother going anywhere else but Hermès Aventura, and ask for Andrea for the best experience!

Aventura is far for me, but I am so glad I decided to visit the Hermès boutique there!!! The design of the store is nice and inviting, the perfect happy place. From my initial visit and on, I have always been greeted warmly by the staff (from security officers to all SAs). To complete my wonderful experience, I met Andréa, the most amazing SA anyone can ask for. Not only is she friendly and welcoming, she is also incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Andréa has been the best in guiding me through the Hermès universe - from giving me suggestions, to fashion tips, to teaching me about the art and history surrounding the pieces. I feel truly happy days in advance of my appointments with her, because I know I will have fun and enjoy every second! Best SA ever!!!!!
