I had an amazing experience, this is one of a few people I can say they know what they are doing, from the time i arrived, very professional and the place is very clean and beautiful, they did exactly what i wanted it and ever better that i expected it.

Hair type: My hair didn’t have any style and it is very thin, but she make it look like I was going to the red carpet.

I love it here! I happen to have very difficult hair and even when Kimberly is not available and I use somebody else for the day, I am never disappointed. They are five out of five I guarantee it!!!
Hair type: I have very coarse hair And it’s long, So along with the products they use my Blow Out last several days

I just had the most incredible experience at the changing room ? Pope was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, experienced, kind and fun to deal with! I had specific requirements on the hair tone I wanted and she NAILED IT! I cover my hair for religious reasons and they were accommodating throughout the experience, I was in a separate room and it was all together great! I’m looking forward to going back again thanks the changing room team!

Best salon in town! I always leave loving my hair! Everyone is very friendly and I always feel taken care of. I go every 5 weeks religiously and I won’t go anywhere else!

I absolutely love the Changing Room, Stephanie is the first person to have gotten my blonde right in many many years. She also cuts my hair, exactly how I like it. think I have sent about a dozen people because everybody always stops me about my hair color! The front desk staff all the way to the girls that are washing hair are all super friendly and very nice!

I've been a Changing Room client since they were located on Dixie Hwy., but stopped going when my stylist, Tess left. Recently, I started going again since February 2023. I planned a trip to Dallas on 4/19/24. Unfortunately, my new stylist was on vacation, so I scheduled an appointment with her colleague, Silvia _amador. 2 weeks before my appointment, I received a phone call stating she couldn't cut my hair in the appointed time. Why would they book an appointment when they can't perform all of the services during the appointment time? A few days later, I received another phone call stating, she couldn't do a half head of Balayage during the appointment time. I called to speak to a manager, and she stated they called my normal stylist and now I should send a pic of my hair and maybe she can do my hair. I told her the stylist was very unprofessional to cancel my appointment instead of speaking to my usual stylist before calling me. Fast forward, I went on my trip, without getting my hair touched up because of this stylist. So this started my trip on a bad note. I returned from my trip, and called to make an appointment with my usual stylist. I made the appointment, and received a phone call stating, "You have a No, by your name." I asked what this meant. I was told I need to call and speak to a manager or come in person before they can make an appointment. Can anyone imagine how insane and unprofessional management is at this salon? No wonder they make appointments, cancel, and blame their clients. I got banned from this salon because I show up before my appointment time, I tip my stylist, I tip the women who wash my hair, and never cancel? I am disgusted by management. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!
