I had Marynela as my stylist last week, she was great! I wanted highlights and she understood exactly how to do the highlights I like, color was just fine, not redish, I am coming back to her for sure. Thank you Marynela!

I can’t help myself how I hated my haircut and my whole short experience.
I went to Hair Cuttery in Aventura, FL
I had a haircut with Marynela and I can’t express in words how bad it was. IS BAD! It was my first time at Hair Cuttery,
I went with my husband and fortunately he loved Kenisha work did a very nice haircut on him, I regret not doing my haircut with her but I was assigned with Marynela and unfortunately I hated her service. The chair had hair from previous customer and I had to say to her to clean, after assessing my long hair she told me to stand up to cut my hair and after back in the chair she turned the chair many times to make me in position for her (I never seen anyone in other places turning the customer side many times), normally the professional turns the chair but they also go around to perform the work. Everything was awful with her and I didn’t even want to blow my hair afterwards. The worst of the worst!
I want to do more work in my hair as coloring the roots, keratin and highlights but after this experience today I don’t know if I want to risk my hair at anyone’s hands at Hair Cuttery. If there are reliable professionals to do the job well I would like to know who they are and to see pictures of their work.

I was really hesitant about leaving this review, but the disrespect I received at this location was outrageous. I made an appointment earlier in the day and showed up 15 minutes early, just incase. I was seated almost immediately in a chair and began consulting with the stylist. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, and I honestly don’t even care at this point since I’ll never be coming back. Everything was going fine until the stylist made a comment about how thin my hair was and how I barely had any hair on my head. She then proceeded to make cruel jokes about my hair in another language, thinking I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I was humiliated and basically publicly shamed by multiple stylists at this location. I cannot believe how childish these GROWN ADULT WOMEN acted like and treated me. I should have just walked out when she made her first comment, but I chose to remain quiet and pay for my cut and leave. I will NEVER be coming back here, and if you have any sense you should NEVER go to this location. Shame on all of you.

I just had my haircut by Nof and am very happy with the results. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner she used , so I bought it. She wasn’t pushy at all and clarified what I wanted. Will return!
Hair type: I swim a lot so it’s damaged thin fine hair.

Very inconsistent mens haircut experience. Some stylists are great and understand what I want/follow up through the entire process, others seem to ignore or not understand what you're asking for at all. I usually get a shoulder length haircut, and half the time it gets cut 2 inches shorter than what I asked for while they say it looks better that way. I wear glasses so I have to trust that the hairdresser knows what they're doing, but I can't say I do for this business.

Booked appointment on website for $48 & in person they charge $65. They don't honor advertised prices. Hair was finished uneven with a Master 1 Stylist. Very disappointed.

My second visit for a blowout. I had a 12 o'clock appointment. Waited 20 minutes before I was told the stylist called in sick. Another stylist said she would take care of me. Someone else came to me and said as soon as she put color on another client I would be next . She never came back to me and I was seen by another stylist who did a poor job on a simple style. I was not told that my bill would be $43 instead of the $29 I paid the first time. I spent over an hour, was treated poorly , was not satisfied with blowout. I will not use Hair Cuttery in the future.

Dear Kesia,
You absolutely butchered my hair. Never coming back and considering to press charges for defamation. I wouldn’t even expect a diy tutorial on how to cut hair on your resume. Please never pickup scissors again. Looks like my right hand will be doing the only work this summer. Thanks a lot.
