The instructors do a great job demonstrating the different stations and are always watching during the class to ensure your form is correct. I’ve met lots of people and they are friendly and inviting. Highly recommend this gym.”

“I had a solid first class experience at this location. Sign up online for the first free class was easy, and I got communication to come to the studio at least 20 minutes early to be introduced to the facilities and their heart rate monitoring system. They do not provide towels even though they have showers; they sell them. You have to bring your own towels if you do not buy one, and thank goodness I had one in my car. With the amount of cardio they incorporate into each workout, you will need a towel.
Essentially, if you do not buy/rent their heart rate monitor, which straps onto your arm, your heart rate and energy burning will not show up on their group monitor in your name's box. You cannot connect a Garmin or Apple Watch to their monitor system. Sierra at the front desk explained their "splat points" system, which is based off of the age, height and weight that you give when you sign up for their system and is a unit of energy expenditure and effort. Everyone's splat points accumulate when their heart rate is in the orange or higher zone, about 70-80% of the maximum heart rate, hence the gym's name. They say about ending with 12-18 splat points are ideal for beginners in their first class. I ended with 34 splat points.
The class was very structured, so you always know what you were supposed to be doing and where you were moving to next. Everyone was either doing one activity all together or half of the class was doing one exercise and switching off with the other half doing another exercise. It looks like every workout involves treadmill work, where you can choose to run with certain inclines and speeds, or you can choose to walk with increased inclines. The treadmills are used as a warm up and a part of the circuits.
The trainer introduced me to the class as a newbie and made me feel welcome, calling on me to make sure I was staying on the same page as everyone. There are screens showing the circuit exercises, but she took the time to point out the proper form within them. I felt comfortable doing everything knowing that she was always keeping an eye on everyone and available to review any moves anyone was confused about.
The only drawbacks that would keep me from signing up for a membership here is the cost (promotional $199 a month) and the lack of amenities for the cost of said membership. I don't ask for a lot of gyms, but towels are one of them.
If you're looking for a gym with a lot of guidance and structure and a good sense of community among repeat gym goers, this could be a good one for you! Go get your free class and check it out.”
“I was visiting from out of town to attend a wedding and booked a massage as a Mother’s Day treat. Probably the best massage I ever had! I did the 110 minute bodywork massage with aromatherapy and it was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend booking the massage therapist, Arnold, he was a 10/10! loved that he incorporated stretches into the massage! If you workout a lot or have young kids you're always picking up, this is perfect way to release tension and soreness in your body. Gym looked beautiful and staff were friendly.”
“Awesome gym. From the start with what goals you’re looking for and how to get there. WithA straight forward assessment with a trainer. To let you know where you are and how disciplined you are as well. From there sign up and agreement are very simple. All staff and my buddy Mike are nothing but the best. Not being able to continue going to the gym do to moto accident.”
