We have terrible experience with customer service representative in this store . He didn’t let us even check dresses , pointed me how I should check dresses and how should I find that it is the same size or not . He is racist .

WOW WOW WOW THE DISRESPECT AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I GOT FROM THIS STORE TODAY. I received a $450 gift from here for Christmas I didn’t like what I got . I came in to exchange and from the moment the lady got my items she was confused about how to do the exchange process so she called the blonde hair guy from the front I believe his name was something like (Tra) another super disrespectful customer service experience received by him. He mentioned that the clothes is for exchange only . So I went around looking and the lady came back to ask if I wanted to try the clothes I told her (I can’t I have no time for that today I have to pick up my daughter from school) she went to go whisper and speak in “Spanish” with the blonde guy disrespecting the fact I understand and speak Spanish standing Right next to me .
she comes back to rudely tell me if I buy and don’t try on I can only exchange! Obviously that’s how it works when it’s a gift from someone and wasn’t paid by my own money, I have the right to get something else if I don’t like it and it’s untouched with tags attached ! And if I buy and want to exchange again I can if it’s in the same conditions.
anyway she tried to pressure me into trying on what I got.
Next I liked a bag but it was on the floor all marked up clearly has been tried on and touched and so I ask for a new one in the back room. The guy (blonde ) says to me in a disgusting manner “There is noting wrong with the bags from the floor “. If a customer wants a new bag you go get a new bag ?! What’s the issue here , makes no sense to be so stuck up and rude to a potential customer to come back and shop here.
When it came down to making the exchange a lady went to try on a dress in my size she didn’t want it so I told the lady that I wanted to take that dress and she AGAIN had to be unprofessional and say that (she can’t do that) lol the lady customer left it and left the store . I don’t think this sales associate belongs in retail she has no idea what she’s doing and she took like 15 min trying to figure out how to exchange. In the end it went over the price limit from my exchange so I paid the difference . After she instead of grabbing the bag and giving to me she said she “needed to write a note on the receipt “
ANOTHER RUDE COMMENT SAYING ONLY EXCHANGE AVAILABLE .
I live in aventura I am a local to aventura mall. But Honestly rather go to another location next time I want to actually shop.
I bet if I was a customer shopping and not doing an exchange the service would have been different. The fact that I got a holiday gift and to be exchange was such a hassle and uncomfortable process I had to leave this place a real terrible review.

Great customer service!! The staff was amazing, helpful and really took the time to provide their best service to me and every customer in the store. I spent an hour at Macys unable to find anything, at Guess, it took us 5 minutes. Just love the people there! I usually buy online to avoid the poor customer service everywhere, now i know that Guess is the exception. The employees really made a difference.

Very friendly staff and very helpful! My wife had a fantastic time shopping some of their specials and the staff member was like her own personal shopping assistant. I mostly stayed quite hoping that she was not going to go overboard with the shopping. All worked out fine though and we still have weekend money.
