Wow just wow I’m amazed tat in this day and age FedEx is allowing this location to continue operating it is a stain on an otherwise flawless company, in this location there is absolutely NO customer service and I use FedEx a lot this place and the people working in it are the exception to the rule horrible service no knowledge what so ever not even basic sales knowledge when I came in it’s almost as if I disrupted their day and their flirting with each other they wanted me out of there so they can continue their own business.
DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE!!! You’ve been warned, and FedEx corporate I advise you fire everyone or at the minimum retrain all of them to do their jobs because this place is an embarrassment.

Save your money and go somewhere else, this place is a ripoff. They charge exponentially more than other Fedex stores. Dont waste your time driving there.

Use O LY in you are a guest in the resort! I had to park my car and walk over 5 min inside resort … finally got there and it’s a surcharge of 2$ because is inside a hotel …..

Horrible service!!!My first package was lost. It was delivered but no one knows where. Second one also was delivered, but to the another building and not to any apartment door, just under the stairs. My third delivery was again delivered to another building!!! What’s wrong?!!! Did I paid more than $300 to go around and try to find my package? I think I paid for delivery to my door. Horrible horrible service!!!

It should be known and written that this is not a regular fed ex location and they charge an extra handling fee on every transaction , even a pre paid drop off. A 3-4 lb prepaid box was 10$ on top just because it's in a hotel.

I live across from the JW Marriot Hotel and tried to drop a package at that FedEx location. They wanted to charge me $10.00 for dropping off a package there. What a RIP-OFF. Stay away from that FedEX store

Handling fee of $10 should be mentioned here. Unless you are hotel guest, you have to pay even with prepaid labels.

Don’t even bother to try. Not only you need to walk 3 blocks from where you drop your car, they also charge a fee for drop offs.Also parking is fee for only 30 minutes
