2 months ago I re-enrolled in Equinox Adventure after a few years. I registered by phone since they already had all my information. After 4 days I went to use Steam for the first time and to my surprise, it had not worked for several months. Nobody told me that, I'm asthmatic and I just wanted to use steam. After asking there and hearing different versions about their arrangement, lying horribly, I asked them to cancel my membership and return my money. They ignored me, I called and called and they kept lying to me and ignoring my cancellation request. 10 days after my registration they charge me +200 dollars for the following month. I sent emails requesting cancellation and refund of the money and they made the decision to freeze my account! I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT! I REQUESTED CANCELLATION! They continue to ignore giving me my money back and without canceling my membership. Horrible attention, horrible desperation of taking money from people even without providing the spa service for which I paid. THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.....Horrible.I had to call my bank to block the debits because they would continue taking my money and ignoring my cancellation emails.I lost almost 400 dollars in 10 days!

I was visiting from out of town to attend a wedding and booked a massage as a Mother’s Day treat. Probably the best massage I ever had! I did the 110 minute bodywork massage with aromatherapy and it was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend booking the massage therapist, Arnold, he was a 10/10! loved that he incorporated stretches into the massage! If you workout a lot or have young kids you're always picking up, this is perfect way to release tension and soreness in your body. Gym looked beautiful and staff were friendly.

I am writing this review from the hospital where I find myself.Firstly, I never wanted to leave a negative review.When I joined the gym, Alex assured me and Siya, the manager, that they understood I was an oncology patient.I clearly explained my health situation from the beginning.I stressed that my health was fragile due to cancer, which is unpredictable.I also mentioned that my daughter was my caregiver, and they promised to cancel her membership if my health worsened. Unfortunately, this happened even before we could make it to the gym.I paid the a month hoping for improvement, but that did not occur.My daughter sent numerous messages to Alex to cancel the plan, but she was ignored. She even got a second letter from the oncologist to cancel the plan immediately, but she was ignored once again.I am deeply disappointed to find out that the person who sold us the memberships, assuring us not to worry about my illness, is now ignoring my daughter and the whole situation. I will attach screenshots showing promises to cancel the membership and one of the letters from my oncologist.If you are reading this, please look at other reviews from people who faced similar challenges canceling their memberships.Even with solid documentation, they refuse to cancel your plan.Avoid this place.They do not respect you, your health, or your LIFE

Calling the front desk for a simple request will be met with zero help. Management seems to be understandably disliked by the spa manager. Generally poorly ran.

I was pleased with my visit. I'm a 'home' member of another Equinox. During my visit to Miami I used this pne. I'm glad that parking was free, not validated but free. Also parking was as close to the gym as reasonably possible. If I lived in Miami-Dade county, I'd make this my primary one. Granted, when I was there, I entered the restroom but didn't use the shower, so I can't comment on that.

I joined equinox with high expectations, given its reputation and premium fees. However, I was thoroughly disappointed. The customer service is appalling. Despite multiple attempts to address my concerns, the staff was consistently unhelpful and at times, downright rude. My issues were about billing discrepancies snd cancellations and I was met with a dismissive attitude from the one and only Siya Morgan.The gym’s amenities, while modern, don’t compensate for the lack of basic customer care. It’s disheartening to see such negligence in a place that promotes wellness and community. I’ve decided to cancel my membership and find a gym that values its members and provides the quality service that matches its high prices. To anyone considering this location specifically I advise looking elsewhere if you expect a supportive and professional environment.

Since joining Equinox Gym, my fitness experience has been transformed. The gym's impeccable cleanliness impresses me every time I visit, and their constant updates with new machines keep my workouts fresh and exciting.The staff here really make a difference; they are not just great at what they do, but also incredibly supportive and friendly. It feels like they're part of my fitness journey.
