I found out that Entonces doesn't care about "profit". They do their work out of sheer enthusiasm, joy and Love of their craft. Excellent service! The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and helpful. They are efficient and fast, without compromising on quality. Price is fair and communication is also very simple as they speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Great customer service, reliable, and honest staff. I left two watches for a battery swap, and to my surprise, when I returned to pick them up, they only charged me for one. They explained that the other watch had a solar charging system, which didn't require a battery replacement. All I needed to do was let it sit in the sun for a couple of hours.

Amazing customer service! Sergio is really a pro-customer owner. Waited an extra bit when I was running late. Even offered a water. Reasonable prices and the quality is the best. 100% recommend.

What fantastic service. Brought an 18 karat gold chain and cross in that had unexpectedly tarnished and within an hour they had it looking new, and the price was unbelievably fair.Very friendly staff, and a full store of people to help you.

Fast and reliable service, I am there every few weeks fixing my constantly breaking very fragile chains. Always done amazingly, fair prices and nice selection of jewelry and watches to buy as well. They even customized a piece I bought from them and offered to use the extra material to make a ring. Great place!

Do not take your watch for repair or battery replacement. I dropped many watches for batteries, was told I would receive a call back when finished in a couple of days. Waited a week, no call, called back to ask after waiting on the phone for a long time, I was toldsome of the watches were ready, and 1 would take longer. I was in area and stopped by to pick up some of watches. Took 20 minutes to find the watches and I asked why the one watch was not ready and not answer was provided to me by the female clerk. Was told I would be called, one week, two weeks, nothing, called and they indicated they could not get the watch "backing" secured again. Finally after 6 weeks of drop off, I got the watch back, two weeks later the watch stopped working, went back and they said they could not do anything, I needed to mail the watch to the manufacturer. After one month the watch would not work, the apparently pounded the watch so hard the internals workings of the watch are damaged. Do not take your watch in for repair or service, unprofessional, notfollowup from store and they will ruin your watch.

As soon as I walked in, the ambiance felt positive. The customer service received was amazing. The gentleman that assisted me, I assume the owner was so kind and patient. He helped me immediately with my sons’ chain. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my family and friends about this place! 10/10 recommend! They also have beautiful pieces for sale, such as Watches, Necklaces, Rings, evil eye accessories! VERY NICE QUALITY JEWELRY! Very nice store! 10/10. Thank you for your service and kindness.
