I stopped by today to re-buy an identical pair of heels that I got 2 years ago because they were my favorite shoes and I wanted a backup pair. I discovered that they switched out the nice leather lining in the interior with a cheaper fabric instead. The shoe doesn’t fit as well anymore due to this and still costs the same despite the worse material. I liked this brand for its quality and I’m disappointed to see it go.

Worst cusomer service. They ordered a pair of shoes in a size they did not have in stock. I tried them at home and they were not comfortable. They refused 2x to return them even though I suppled all of the information they needed after dealing with being on hold for 20min with customer service. Employees act like they are clueless and their 800 number for customer service acts like they dont care and were rude. If you buy shoes from them charge it on American Express so that if things dont work out you can dispute the charge.

Needed a new pair of sneakers/shoes. Was getting very frustrated not finding anything. Stopped in to Ecco because I have some other dress shoes of theirs, and was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I was looking for. Happen to also be on sale ?? great service and comfortable shoes. Win.
