Title: Mixed Experience at CVS Aventura on November 20th, 2023I recently visited the CVS Aventura location on November 20th, 2023, and had a mixed experience. While the pharmacy service was satisfactory, I encountered issues with a coupon that I received.After obtaining my medicine from the pharmacy, I decided to use the coupon on another item before leaving the store. However, to my disappointment, the coupon was not scannable at the register. As technical difficulties can occur, I approached a staff member who identified themselves as the manager to seek assistance.One aspect that was slightly frustrating was the fact that the manager did not have any visible identification or name tag. It would have been helpful for better identification purposes if the managers wore signs indicating their role. Nonetheless, when I explained the situation to the ‘’manager RON’’ he regretfully informed me that they were unable to honor the coupon due to limitations with the scanning machine and LOSS PREVENTION DO NOT ALLOW store ‘’manager RON’’ Honor the coupons anymore… Instead ‘’Manager Ron’’ said to me to call CVS headquarters.As a first-time user of a coupon at CVS, I had hoped for more flexibility in resolving this issue. It would have been appreciated if the store showed greater willingness to accommodate customers in such situations. However, despite the coupon problem, my overall experience at the CVS Aventura location was satisfactory.In the future, I hope that the store can work on promptly resolving technical difficulties and improving communication regarding management staff. This will help enhance the customer experience and ensure smoother transactions.CVS Aventura location for its pharmacy services.

Great experience with the staff. There was a confusion as to where my daughter’s medicine was sent. While I guess it wasn’t sent over to cvs, the pharmacist was so nice and told me she would fill it there it and would be ready before they close which was very soon. She even called me on my way to pick it up to let me know of a temporary issue with the insurance and that she would try to fix it tomorrow. I wish I could have gotten her name to give her a specific shout out but I really appreciated her help.

Neisa , the technician in the pharmacy , was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend getting vaccinations at CVS.

I went to write a review about the pharmacy staff, and saw that there were plenty of reviews to match what I wanted to say. So, in the interests of saving time already wasted, I'll just say, never again will I do anything with this pharmacy. Awful customer service.

I live in Aventura ,Not recommend this place I was there last night 11:15 pm went to buy something for my son, I walk in I say hello the lady look at me and told me they were closing soon that I have to hurry up. I told them the hours of operations are 9 to 12 AM so they told me that if I don’t hurry up I have to leave the store on the very rude way. I don’t understand how these people not go for training how to talk to a customer very rude pushing you out ……….if they don’t want to be there till 12 they shouldn’t work there.

The pharmacy staff is consistently rude and condescending towards patrons. It’s painful waiting in queue and witnessing their interactions with customers before me. The employees deeply sigh/groan, eye roll, interrupt patrons mid sentence. Tone and gestures are completely off putting regardless of native language. It’s a very similar experience over the phone as well. I can easily wait 5 minutes to speak with someone, only to have them quickly interrupt and speak over me before hanging up.Please observe the other reviews here and notice that most 1-star reviews are in agreement with several thumbs up. The high reviews are clearly from prior employees and friends/family.This pharmacy is really struggling and needs a deep cleanse of the malignant attitudes, even if it requires local/regional management to become involved and terminate contracts.

If I could give zero stars I actually would. Elda is very unhelpful, waiting for over 15 minutes and she just walks away from us, the manager Monica unwilling to help clients. You really need to evaluate the type of help the staff offers at this place. Had to leave because of the lack of help meanwhile there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing

Well I had help in this store a few times before today. ButThe woman today in the front was not exactly rude but very unhelpful telling me to get the booklet from Aetna as to what I could Purchase with my Advantage benefits card. She told me they were short of help and no one could help me as she wasn't sure what I could or could not get although there wasn't everything there in theArea for OTC medicines. They used to have but some of it's there some of it's not et cetera et cetera. I left saying I will go to a different c v s where maybe I can find better help. And I did which is a shame because I actually work in that plaza

The CVS in Aventura Florida has the most arrogant rudest customer service people. I guess they’re people that work there. When I asked for help about several discounts I was supposed to get she kept tell me just go to your card. I asked her to explain it, but she was very very rude, there’s a lot of places to go to buy things that CVS sells and I don’t plan to go back so if you shop at CVS in Aventura, you should really reconsider shopping somewhere else

Good evening, waiting in to purchase two items. My purpose invisiting to make change for bus fare later tonight to get home. Mike was trying to make use of selfcheck out; machine down. I waited for good 20minutes another customer walked to pay. It did not acknowledge to ring my item which he could have open the counter register to complete my transaction initially. Instead Mike cause me to wait 10 minis for a customer prior head of me No apology or question ask. Rude Color profile as I am not import Thank you

Horrible and incompetent pharmacy staff. Told me to rebook my Covid and flu test for the same time but just Covid since they didn't have the swabs for both and then they'd swab me but then wouldn't swab me because "that appointment time is taken". By me. Which they made me cancel and rebook. For the exact time I was there. I am pregnant with probably Covid in the middle of a hurricane and should be resting but instead had to leave my house to deal with the lazy stupidity of these people. Speaking as a physician, this is poor quality, unprofessional healthcare and I would never recommend it to anyone.

0 to this location I purchased 2 apple gift for family members as gifts I add 15 dollars for each card the recipient said activate but when they try to redeem it it says code invalid I don’t understand why they sell gift card it say activate then ending up not working that’s insane I have to call costumer service to get my refund 7 to 10 business days I will never ever buy anything from cvs their not honest they just want to sell anything to people 000000 bad costumer service very disappointing

Horrible experience. I ordered the 1-hour print of photos online. There were a lot of pictures, more then 200, so I decided to pick up my order the next day.I received a confirmation that my order is ready via e-mail.However when I came it was not printed. CVS staff said that just a little part of it is not ready, but later I figured out the whole order was not printed.So I spent an hour waiting for it. Nobody said sorry or at least worried about the time we lost or warned us about the wait. The experience was horrible.

The worst customer service of any pharmacy.You can have 6 people behind the pharmacy counter (lord knows what they are doing!) with a line of 6-8 customers waiting. I have waited 22 minutes to simply pick-up a prescription.

i have been using cvs pharmacy for myself and my family for 20 years, i have lived in many states around the US and this is the WORST cvs! customer service is horrible! they don’t answer the phone! and when u actually get a hold of them they hang up on you, while u wait in line for pickup inside the store u hear the automated system go off saying how many lines on hold and everyone just walks around jokes around, horrible customer service horrible employees i hope someone will come in and make a change
