very very poor customer service.
I went to buy a jock itch spray and the pharmacy had no idea what I was talking about.
I also needed to find over the counter medications and asked 3 employees and they were very rude, like they were doing me a favor by rudly answering.
CVS , please train your employees better to treat customers with the respect everyone deserves as a customer

I was at CVS Aventura, Florida and they were very helpful. I recommend that anybody who needs anything go to CVS really nice and friendly. Great doing business with you guys. Have a wonderful day.

service sucks! Always slow to attend you in person. They hardly answer the phone.they close an hour for lunch instead of shift rotating employees. They are not 24 hrs service. They close at 6 pm sometimes earlier. The list continues....Walgreens pharmacy is much better!

This is the first pharmacy I’ve been to in a long time where the CVS employees were amazing and so helpful. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend it. It is by the Aventura mall. The pharmacist and person who checked me out were wonderful!

Today, Saturday, May 18, at 1:50, I asked the girl named Amanda, if she works here because I saw that the pharmacy was closed, so she answered that she does work here. While I continued walking, she responded with a bad attitude and rudely that It's on its break. Education is important when speaking and treating the public.

I WENT TO BUY A ROLL OF TAPE, IT HAD A PRICE OF 5.80 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, THE CASHIER (DAVID) CHARGED ME 9.50, I GAVE HIM THE CORRECT PRICE AND HE ASKED ME FOR ID, ID, AT THAT MOMENT HE DIDN'T HAVE IT AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO SELL ME, THEY SAID THAT WITHOUT ID I COULD NOT BUY, I HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER WITH THEM FOR 35 YEARS

I was in disbelief when pharmacy told me that they won't serve me a WATER BOTTLE at drive thru pharmacy. I will be calling corporate because I believe that's unlawful. I came to drive thru ( was not busy ) but I was in between meetings and needed to take my medication, why can't I have water with it - or any over the counter medication.? That's a big problem it's not hard to walk to the aisle, it their job isn't it. I received water and other medication before but this was my first time coming here because that's where the ER sent it. I've been a customer of cvs over 10 years and was confused that even happened.
