There is no customer service. Phone calls and chats failed to conect me with anyone that was able to actually help and correct the order.
Another day has past and still no response or progress.

Sadly after 6 years having this company printing our uniforms, we placed a rush order, paying rush delivery, they put the order on hold, due some licensing agreements with a bigger customer. That did not happen in 6 previous years, so you are good to them, until something bigger comes, then they throw you in front of the train. Simply they don't care.
This action of Custom Ink, jeopardized my success, putting us in a tight spot. So in another words, for this company, you are just money, that's it, all the mambo jambo of customer appreciation & valuation, it is just words, in reality the are faithfull to money only, just that. So be aware don't depend on them, because it might happen what happen to me. My suggestion use a local provider, rather this big company, at least you be helping the local economy

Over 10 years ago I created a t-shirt while in Johannesburg, South Africa. Recently while browsing old emails I see Custom Ink. Lo and behold I see the design. I quickly placed an order, not knowing I had several mock ups. I called a spoke to Matthew H,Custom Ink Satisfaction Associate. They are unpunctual! I was on front of the store waiting for more than 30 minutes, and they never arrived. The opening time is no truth at all.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company! Every single person I dealt with was helpful and genuine and good at what they do. My needs were many and specific, which meant it it was a lengthy process. They worked as a team to help me get over several humps and personal delays to finally reach the finish line. I just got my shirts in with my image printed on it, and I love them! Ashford, in particular, was my go-to with the majority of my needs. He was endlessly patient and helpful. CustomInk has it all. Roberto and Milagros were excellent. Roberto took time with me to make sure I ordered the right shirts. I received them 4 days before they were promised. Roberto had the design adjusted for maximum presentation at no additional charge. Both the silkscreen T-shirts and the Embroidered Polos will be the new uniform for my brand. I am now a walking billboard thanks to Custom Ink.
