The suit I received was high quality and beautiful, with lovely packaging. Unfortunately, the suit did not fit but Cristalina’s team was quick and helpful in facilitating the return (note the quick return window before purchasing). I look forward to purchasing suits here in the future.

The woman who was in the store was wonderful helping me try on multiple swimsuits in size L and giving me everything available! Highly recommend this store for super cute unique bikinis. Only reason I didn’t end up getting one is because the one bikini I did want to get (which I loooved the beautiful burgundy-scarlet red/gold) ultimately didn’t fit my top (normally I’m between L and XL) as I needed the waist to be adjustable for it was too loose and unfortunately I’m not a fan of the high waisted bottoms that paired with it…Though these were super cute with the scrunched bottoms. I’m a picky swim suit shopper, but it is also just tough to find a top that is fully adjustable especially the waist which is what I need to not be concerned about anything peeking out to say hello ? Anyway, the woman who helped me was so kind and very nice, I definitely wanted to walk away with that bikini but it just didn’t truly work for me ft wise.

Tourists should stay away from this store. I was visiting Florida from Canada in early Dec. 2021. I was referred to the store by by a friend who noted their unique selection. I ended up purchasing over $300 worth of swim wear as a present to my wife. I received help from Shantal at the store, who I provided with my wife's clothing sizes in order to pick the right bikini size. For one of the tops Shantal had to get the Medium size she proposed from storage. After I got back to Canada it turned out she had actually still given me a small - the only small in the entire order. I contacted the store right away to have it exchanged for the right size. They never apologized for the mistake they made, and refuse to deal with customs or duties that come with a mail-in exchange. Store rep. Alicia offered me to return the item by mail, and get an in-store credit. That did not offer me a practical solution, not knowing when I would go back next. The business is clearly more concerned with mailing costs, than placing importance on customer satisfaction, or demonstrating the integrity of their business model. The whole situation also leaves me to believe that the store exploited the 'foreign tourist', or even 'husband shopping for his wife', opportunity to unload merchandise sizes that don't move. Will also let the friend who referred me know about my bad experience. Overall, poor business model and values.

I love this place. It's the most famous swimwear store in Miami, FL. Bloggers call it “Bikini Heaven.” They have the most spectacular bikinis in the world, for all body types and the customer service is top-notch.

Not very smart or reasonable for a boutique to shame a customer… I bought a bikini top I was on the fence about and sure enough, after trying to wear it longer than the 5 min it took to try it on, it was falling off and uncomfortable. I tried to return and didn’t want to be dishonest so although there were some make up stains that could have come off had I tried to put it through the wash. They accused me of wearing it and as having sand in it just so they didn’t have to take it back.Needless to say, no good deed ever goes unpunished and honesty is not the best policy.. I can’t recommend this place and warn others to stay away.

I am not Spanish and when I walked in I felt victimized since I was not Latina. I will never purchase an item from this company, this customer service is unacceptable. The staff refused to speak to me in English and only spoke in Spanish. For all I know they could have spoken poorly about me. I 100% do not recommend there products are also over priced SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!!!!! I told all my friends not to purchase from here.

Horrible customer service, I made a purchase on their swim online, it did not fit, and the staff was unwilling to exchange the pieces, mind you the same pieces are currently being sold, I was stuck outside the country because of the pandemic and was unable to make it back within the 14 day window; I spend thousands of dollars on swim, they lost a customer and I will be sharing this information with all my social media platforms. Buyer Beware DO NOT BUY

The best quality and variety of swimming suits in South Florida. I have been buying in here for 2 years and the pieces are still intact ❤️ thanks to Jenny today I got the prettiest pieces and had a great time!
