Terrible customer service from each of the employees.
You almost have to beg to be attended to.
Before assisting me they asked me if I was a citizen!!!!
A shame!
On the other hand.....if you need the attention of the cashiers, the line is at least 20 minutes.

Literally waited an hour just to be serviced . I had to make a cash deposit and they allowed everybody to skip me because they wanted a certain banker to help me . Literally cancelled my account because of this branch .

If you want to waste your time standing in line the old fashion way, welcome to the right place! Time and again, the staff is insuficient for the amount of customers this branch has. You'll be lucky if they have two cashiers open, and if you do, good luck! They love to do small talk with each customer! So you have to wait until the people in front of you has their 10 minutes of personal attention, added to the 5 minutes it takes for them to decide what they want to do once they are right infront of the cashier! BTW, this is not my bank, but I has to stop by more than once to deposit a check to someone that has an account here. I recommend Chase, which is around the block. You're welcome!

Horrible experience. Went there for a simple transaction and it ended up taking over an hour because of the unorganization of the management. They make long arduous transactions in the customer service lines for simple transactions. Added to this disaster was the multiple employees in the back like Tatiana who would rather take a dive off the Golden Gate Bridge than attempt to help us exhausted customers out

I wish I could leave no stars. After reading the comments I see that the same person is an issue and people describe her by look. Her name is Elena (blonde Russian). I came in to replace my card and somehow my mother’s maiden name was not the same name it’s been my entire life. I asked her several times if she was spelling it correctly and she made a whole motion as if I was trying to commit fraud. Very cold, however I’ve learned over the years to keep my composure with people who look to get you out of character. She eventually was able to replace the card and when I finally received it, I couldn’t use it because all of a sudden my pin stopped working! I only found out after I got a letter in the mail with the “requested new pin”. It was so embarrassing for a week having issues and I could only use Apple Pay. She did not inform me of anything. I despise banking with Citi Bank, every time I have to get something done I will get 10 different answers and none will be a solution to my problems.

That old Russian blond lady with the blue eyes should be fired and always have a attitude with every person. Every person that went up to her she gave them an attitude. She doesn’t know what she is doing. If you don’t like your job you should look for another one.

Horrible branch ,wait time long and the older teller at the front to the left side with blue eyes and a heavy accent , has a tremendous attitude and a problem with every customer that comes in does not make the experience any better . It’s a disgrace to have an employee like that at the front greeting customers and attending them .Management should do a better job when hiring staff .

Horrible bank horrible branch. I am not an account holder. Barely any personnel I waited on line 30 minutes after driving 25 minutes because they have NO BRANCHES, to be told they don't cash check for non account holders. I will never bank woth this company. complete joke
