Visited this location around 11 this morning in hopes of possibly purchasing a pair of heels for my upcoming graduation and I was very displeased with the experience. I walked in and was not greeted by either salesperson, one of whom abruptly walked in right after me. There were three customers (two were together) in this store who were being helped by both salespeople, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. However, after walking around THE ENTIRE store and picking up several pairs of shoes, all while still not being greeted or asked if I needed help, I decided to make my exit. I am not sure if it’s store policy to solely focus on the person who’s being assisted, but a simple “someone will be with you shortly” would have sufficed. I slowly walked out of the store and not a single word was spoken. This location is very intimate, so there is no way I was not noticed. I guess the workers decided that my money was not needed, and that is fine with me.

For women: if you’re ever in the market for CL shoes and bags, I would highly recommend you visit Albert in the Christian Louboutin Nordstrom Aventura store! He will go out of his way to assist and make sure you have the best products and service ever!! Had a wonderful experience with him and he will now be my go to whenever looking for those products! Definitely worth a visit!!

Natalia the manager it’s the most unprofessional person not honoring tag price and ordering her employee to remove the tag not realizing I saw the tag and I heard her giving the order when I confront her she said it was an old priceThen she mention it was display shoes the one I tried on and she didn’t have to honor the price in the shoes that I have to pay the new price .I guess she did not know Florida consumers lawTerms Used In Florida Statutes 531.44(1) No person shall misrepresent the price of any commodity or service sold or offered, exposed, or advertised for sale by weight, measure, or count, nor represent the price in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or in any way deceive a personI’ll never buy anything in that store as long the manager Natalia is there

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE My experience shopping at this location has been unprofessional I am a dissatisfied customer . I purchased a pair of hot chick slingback heels for blackfriday deal as I was going out of town for the holidays and wanted to have the perfect heel for my Christmas outfit. The SA didn't provide email confirmation for shipment because I was not allowed to take The order the day off due to it being on sale December 1st . SA told me that same day I would get the shipment send to my address. I did not receive anything 1 week passed I called the store I was told product is still at the store no one was notified to ship to this order . Until I called and asked about my order they told me it was "packaged ready to ship" Waited another week to call back shipment was lost I received absolutely no confirmation to my email or shipment email details or communication from the store.SA has all my shipment information and customer details I had to write down on a paper for her before purchase which she created a customer documentation on her computer at that time. At this point I am leaving out of town for holiday with not having my order I had to speak to a manager who was able to cancel order with no care about the situation he basically acknowledged that they have not communicated to me as need to be. 2 weeks later I am getting a refund instead of my order . Highly disappointed in my experience.

We came here to get me a pair of Mother's Day pretties and left with those and mommy and me sneakers for me and my daughter. Everyone was very attentive and fabulous!

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. If this place had to get along on its selection and service, this brand would be dead in the water. First, whoever manages this place or is in charge of training employees is asleep at the switch. The people who work here have no clue about the brand, inventory, or even basic customer service management. On multiple occasions we've ordered shoes, but yet they never called us to tell us when they're in; we go into the store to ask and they have no idea what we're talking about and can't seem to find anything; and seem just a bit too casual for what should be a high-end experience. Maybe they feel like they can get by on their reputation and their red bottom shoes, but they need to step it up a notch if they ever want to get to the level of Louis Vuitton, Gucci, or product.

Worst experience! Save yourself the time and money. Best location is in the design district. The customer service is horrible at this location. For the amount of money you pay, you would think they would be more courteous. One star because I can’t give zero!

Great shoes, terrible customer service! I went there to purchase shoes for my birthday, the employees completely ignored me, like I’m not good enough for this place, while they were going far and beyond for another customer. They didn’t have the shoe I wanted in my size so they asked me to fill up the card with my contact info so I will be notified when it’s in stock... they never did! In 3 years! I ended up ordering it online.

Just bought my first pair of shoes from this location- they're excellent! Jonathan (the sales associate) was so kind and understanding even though I tried on several sizes and styles. I really appreciated the time he took to personalize my experience. He was so excited for me! It really made my time in their boutique enjoyable.

I was excited to stop by the store today as my husband offered to buy me a pair of Louboutins. However, my experience at the store was disappointing, to say the least. Felt like the guy at the register had zero interest in selling to us. He stated that due to the Christmas holidays they were low in stock and basically didn't have any selections of the ones I was asking for. He did pull out one or two shoes after which point I gave up as the energy level was dead. Felt more like a funeral than a shoe store. No fun shopping and paying $$$$ for shoes with that type of energy or environment. Nordstrom employees were so much better. When I asked Nordstrom regarding the red bottoms, the employee stated that at the Aventura Nordstrom the shoes were only carried at the "boutique".
