Beautiful shoes, but terrible customer service. I called on 6/15 to place an online order and they were wonderful! Created a shipping label within 5 minutes and shipped out my order same day.Upon receipt of the shoes, I didn’t really like how they fit so I spent the next THREE days requesting a return shipping label. It’s incredible how FAST the shipping label was created when I purchased the shoe, but when I wanted to return them, it took them DAYS… by the third day, I decided to just drive to Aventura to return them in person since I wasn’t sure they were going to end up sending it to me.I suggest just purchasing Castañer from Saks Fifth Avenue or Bloomingdale’s, their return process is MUCH faster and they have better deals.
