This review is not about Calzedonia's products. It is the unbelievable experience in this store. I had to use Google translator to try to explain a simple question to the sales staff. No one spoke any English not even a word. To make it even more ridiculous the situation, the person present did not even know the products in the store. It is absolutely does not present a good image for Calzedonia, which tries hard to establish presence in the US market.Reading others' reviews, many customers complained the same issues and nothing changed.

I always come to this location cause they always offered more outfits while trying and I ended buying more, this time they overcharge and they didn’t offer me more to shop. I walked in and they charged me half price I was surprised and then they told they made a mistake, i check the website and it was half price so I went back to get my credit. I could have spent more but with this service not I will never go back to this location. Ask for prices and discounts.

The bathing suits are nice but the sellers are shady , be careful!!!!. The lady helps you if you are in the fitting room but at same time they are pushy and give you no privacy to try the clothes.They are also misleading, I made purchase on the 4th of July. I wasn't sure of some of the items and I asked them if I can return in case I didn't wan't something. They said I can return anything before 30 days as long as it has all the tags and they will credit my card. I went today to return a piece and they didn't let me!! They said I could exchange it for another item, I was basically forced to pick something but I just wanted the credit like they said initially. If a final sale is not refundable say it from the start, don't be shady about the exchanges and returns to get people to buy more. Very disappointed, I rather purchase online next time. This is an international prestigious brand, sellers shoun't behave like they are at a market.
