Staff was very friendly and treated me well. First time shopper at their store and I was a little nervous. Found the right shirt with the right fit thanks to the staff for their help and input. They setup an account for me as well. Shirt is very well made with high quality materials. I can wear it to work or out with to dinner with my wife.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a luxury brand. Bought an item, wanted to exchange it for a size larger so drove all the way from Palm Beach to the Aventura store. Burberry site hours listed they were open until 9pm, I got there at 7:30pm and doors locked. Total 4 hours wasted and the customer service weren’t even remorseful. I’m returning the product now. Lost faith in Burberry. At least you could have shown some sort of sympathy, but instead I have to follow up via email several times just to get a response. Shameful.

I’ve been going to this Burberry since before they constructed their newer location. I’ve always been greeted with such respect and can’t go wrong with being helped by Ivana. Products are always in such pristine condition and the atmosphere always feels welcoming.

Came in yesterday to do an exchange on a bucket hat since it was way too small and needed a bigger size or was willing to pay extra for different bucket hat but they couldn't work with me. I bought it at Christmas time and I was out of town so I was over 4 weeks of the 30 day.. technically they could of done it they just didn't want too, the managers where sarcastic (rude) and no resolution. I could of bought this at Nordstrom , sakz and wouldn't of has this issue. Next time I will make sure I go through them inside of this store. Never again specially with these managers.

¡what a bad service!try exchanging a gift. And they tried to stop him from doing it.They made as many excuses as they could, and they treated me badly.having the purchase card, the receipts.I come 3 times to the store and they always deny me the return.the manager was rude.she wants to make her clients feel small, come on store or brand you can do better

Kenny the sales associate was asking us if we need help every 5 steps. He made us feel small, out of place, and like we didn’t belong there. He was the only sales associate who kept following us around. He couldn’t even play it off right. If I didn’t need help 30 seconds ago, why would we 30 seconds later? He made us feel like thieves. I was there with my husband. I had the Squishmallow dog backpack Sunday December 5 around 6:30 pm. Like, that’s discriminatory to see someone who doesn’t seem to have a lot of money (but you don’t know that right? Bill Gates supposedly doesn’t wear name brand etc and Oprah was targeted back then, and now look… which is ignorant and look at them now! Shows you shouldn’t judge others!) Does Kenny even make like, 6 figures and afford the products to justify making the customers feel insignificant? Also they’re the only store that made us feel small, as the nearby stores for example YLS and fendi made us feel welcome. Why is Burberry hiring people who are so arrogant that they make us feel badly? For all you know, we could be crypto billionaires and even when we are, we wouldn’t give a penny to this store if Kenny is still here. I’m sure there’s some people who can afford this store who would look down on people like Kenny’s arrogant attitude! Be better!

I was in briefly, beautiful products as always, Luxury treatment and short line to enter. The staff was great, they check to make sure your ok, compliments and don't really hound you. They give you your space to shop in peace until you need their help. Listen, you can never go wrong with Burberry and this location is no exception.
