The kiosk & products are cute but they have had a dog on a leash tied to that kiosk since 10am today, and it’s almost 5pm. I feel so sorry for that dog. I hope the sales lady there is not the owner, why would you have a dog if your planning to have it all day Tied inside a crowded mall?

DO NOT SAY LATER YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED…!!!Horrible sales person, horrible customer support…!I have returned to the booth in AVENTURA Mall with my original receipt for a warranty exchange after I noticed a tear in the collar.Initially they ignored me, then asked me to wait aside and made me wait for almost 30 minutes just to come back and say it is not covered by the warranty because my dog bite it. The associate actually screamed at me and was very rude!!!Of course my dog didn’t bite it, it’s obvious there are no bite marks on it and lastly it is not even where my dog can reach and bite ??♂️STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION YOU WILL END UP PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THINKING THEY GOT YOUR BACK (this is part of their sale pitch) AND EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEY WILL LITERALLY THROW YOU OUT TO THE DOGS….?

I purchased a harness for both of my two small dogs, and both of them have broken in different forms. My boy, dog harness screws came out and went flying in the middle of the hotel lobby a month ago. My girl, dog harness, completely ripped at one of the arms. Both of my dogs are very well behaved and walk perfectly on their leash with no pooling. When I went into Exchange my boy dogs in the midtown location. They were very accommodating and my experience at Aventura today was horrendous. I truthfully wanted to just return both because I’m scared to walk my dogs on these harnesses as there is a rest of them getting hurt by a car if it breaks on the street. But I didn’t and I just got met with the worst customer service and bad attitude from both Stephanie and UC.Completely pleased to accuse me of having my dog to the harness, which is an accurate. My dogs don’t you? I’ve never had access to their harness either kept a pie, and there’s no marks on the harness.I’ve never been met with such comparative rude behaviour on a customer service level.I love the customer service when I originally ordered online so this is a big disappointment
