Great buying experience with Filberto, he was very attentive in find of what I was looking for as the right notes of scent .Great customer follow up and sent me great hand written card thanking for my buying and sent me few good extra samples to try new fragrances. Definitely recommend and will return at this location.I have been buying bond for about 15 years, always in nyc because the customer service, but I’m happy now to buy from this location.

They don’t let client know about their non return policy! I got a gift for my husband but did not like it and wanted to return it 100% un used and the day after the purchase, they simply don’t care about their client.

My 18 years old son knows that I love Bond No. 9 and wanted surprise with present for Christmas. The day after Christmas he told me that the woman employee was totally ignoring him and after waiting in the line, she jump to the other costumer and never came back to him. He left the store and bough me something else! After reading the other reviews, I think the management must start think about hired other employees for better costumer service!

To Whom it may concern,I'm writing to you to let you know how concerned I am about the treatment I received from your manager at the store in Aventura Mall, South FL.I'm a very loyal costumer. I've purchased your products in various locations in different countries.At the end of May this year, I bought a Dubai N'9 perfume (in your Aventura Mall store). I was flying back to Argentina so I put it unopened it in my luggage. Once I got there, I took the box out of my luggage and I noticed the perfume was leaking and I've lost some of the product. Once I opened it I realized the top was defective. I want to be very clear in saying the box was in the original box and not manipulated in any way.Because I had to travel back to Miami I brought it back to the store where I purchased it to make a complaint and I showed the manager what happened. He tried to secure the cap and gave it back to me. I bought another bottle of perfume that same day. After a few days I noticed once again that the defective Dubai N'9 bottle that was leaking before was still leaking. I went back to the store and talked to the manager. I asked him to exchange the bottle. He refused to do it or to fix the problem. He didn't give me any explanation or try to help me in any way even when he recognized the bottle was indeed defective. He was super rude, I have never been treated the way I was treated in your store by your manager.I normally don't leave reviews, but this was beyond disrespectful to a loyal client. I feel cheated like if I bought a cheap bottle of perfume and I've no consumer rights. I need to let you know what's going on with your customer service.

Phil was phenomenal today! I stopped by on a whim; I’ve never purchased a Bond perfume but have smelled many on friends. Phil was patient and let me smell EVERYTHING, fine tuning the best perfume for me by asking probing questions. I loved so many I ended up purchasing the sampler set with 30 different fragrances. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer service experience! I will only buy my Bond from Phil even though I don’t live in Miami.

The staff was amazing at this location. I made a purchase and left my receipt. One of the clerks called me to let me know they had forgotten to provide it to me.

Amin was simply outstanding in his interactions with me. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful! He even called out to me after I had left the store to have me return and give me another sample that he had found. This was unexpected and above and beyond!

My husband went to purchase a cologne that he already had, first my husband was standing at there being ignored by both employees which one of them was the manager. Very poor customer service. I will never go back to that store in Aventura Mall, Florida.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! This place deserves NO stars. I was sold an empty bottle of greenwich village worth $400 “which was a tester bottle” by the store manager “Amin” who has the worst customer service i have ever seen. “Amin” told me to come in to the store only to humiliate me and call me a thief. I called customer service and received no help or solution to this problem. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
