I recently went to this particular Bloomingdale's that's located inside of the Aventura Mall on the first floor. I called before I went because I was wanted to purchase the maison francis kurkdjian women's perfume as a Christmas gift for my special someone last year for Christmas. Once I called I was greeted over the phone with an eager staff member who was willing to help me when I arrived and even helped me get an awesome discount. I absolutely love the service and highly recommend to check them out whenever you're shopping for holiday presents.

After a not so good experience the other day, we were then treated very well by customer service to rectify what had gone wrong and then some. We felt very good after our second visit and were treated in the manner we had come to expect on our previous visits over the years.
