There is construction going on that's blocking the parking spots for the bank. When I asked the young lady with glasses holding a tablet in front, she said "idk, sir, ask the people doing the construction where they want you to park" lol

I went in several times and wasted several hours of time in this bank. Very incompetent employees. When buying a car, I said that I needed about 10,000, but they made a request for 50,000, although I did not ask for such an amount. As a result, I received a refusal. Waiting for your turn sometimes takes a couple of hours, although they may tell you that you need to wait about 30 minutes. With several windows, there are almost always only a couple of employees working at best.

Came with my wife to open our first bank account. We arrived without a scheduled appointment, so we had to wait a little. The bank employees were very kind. I would like to note Raquel Araujo separately — she is a professional in her field. She explained the conditions for opening an account and gave advice on further interactions with the bank. We were completely satisfied with the visit! ?

I want to express my deep gratitude to the Bank of America Williams Island team. I made a mistake with an online payment, and despite spending hours on the phone, I couldn't fix it. The Williams Island branch staff spent over three hours helping me when they could have easily refused. Their dedication and professionalism were outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me.

I was invited to BoA to 'see how we can help you with your business.' I didn't really need any support, but I had several questions about some BoA services. I arrived at this branch at 11 am, checked in, and left at 11:30 because the person who invited me was still busy. I received a call from him at 11:37, apologizing for the delay. However, he could have informed me in person a little bit earlier. If you invite your business customers, you shouldn't treat them like this. One hour of the workday wasted for no reason.

The drive through layout is a bit weird. There are multiple lanes but only one of the lanes have ATMs and they block each other. Which means that if the person in front is using the ATM the person behind cannot leave even if they are done.

9 people, including me, are in line at 1:30 pm, and only 1 window is open. How's this acceptable in one of the countries largest banks?Staff is not missing at all. However, they are all hiding in their cubicles starring at their laptops behind all the advertising banners. I think I'd rather be stuck in Biscayne traffic and go to a different branch instead of this.Great customer service. ?
