Super disrespectful in the phone, the lady hung up on me after I asked her a question. After being on hold for almost 20 minutes and having a business account with them you would think they would be nicer? I see you every week when I make deposits I will make sure to speak to the manager.

Never been to a bank that told me I can’t open a business account because the system to verify business is down. Big inconvenience nice location for the bank but doesn’t reflect on the service should of read the reviews first

Poor customer service, the worst. In adittion, , The waiting time is too long. Only one cashier. Reps are on their personal phones. The manager Ranier has been very disrespectful. I’m a customer from Bank of America for long time, more than 25 years and this is the worst branch I’ve ever seen

Bank of America is by far the worst bank in USA, lines are really long and nobody cares, just a few cashiers in all brunches, not only this one, it’s been like this in all of them, just to deposit cash is a nightmare

This bank made a deliberate decision to disburse money to unauthorized people. This amount was over $20,000 and those involved and the representative working with the thief’s allowed money to be taken from an account without having any access to it.There was an investigation for over three months and during any of that time no such information of a transaction being made was given to us as the owners of the accounts. We had to find out ourselves that such a transaction was made without any possible form of authorization under the deliberate lives of thieves and under qualification of the representative employed. The bank had no answer as to how this had happened and why the money had been given away.For three days the managers and supervisors had made it clear they were unsure as to how this money was taken and now it could be done without authorization.Three months later the information as to who was the representative who allowed the money to be taken has still not been provided. For over three months I was not allowed contact with any investigator nor representative that was involved.This of course explains the poor reviews in place for such a major bank chain.These fraudulent decisions will not be left alone as money had been stolen and lies had been told in place to cover.Clearly this bank will not hesitate to give away your money without ANY form of notification that someone is attempted and has succeeded in stealing money.

Sad to say very poor, slow and inefficient service, it’s the only bank location opened in the area and it’s understaffed… 30-40 min line for the cashier to deposit a check that could have been deposited by any employee at the entrance over the tablet like before and doesn’t take more than 10 min

The worst experience I have actually decided to move to chase after 9 years with Bao. I made appointment for 3 pm it's 4:40 and i wasn't Beeing helped, I was told I will every 15 min that I am next . 2 hours of waiting with appointment!
