Online order1. They took tax during an entire tax free week (7/31/21 - 8/9/21 in Florida) which I called to state this. At first, they told me it didn't count online. After they performed research, they agreed it did. I asked if they would be returning the tax they collected to other customers. She said she would bring the matter up to her manager. I believe collecting tax on items covered under the tax free week is illegal. They sold out on many items. I can't even imagine how much money they have taken from customers during this week. I sincerely hope they return other customer's tax money.2. They do not inform you if items will be missing from your order3. They won't return your money if the carrier they choose loses the package4. They can take a week to replyI highly suggest buying kissy kissy from saks, neimans, Bloomingdales. 100% Pima and amazing customer service .

Muy mala atencií³n de parte de la encargada de la tienda. Me metieron en mi cuenta más mercadería que la que yo había solicitado con tal de vender más. Una total falta a la ética. Una cosa es ser buen vendedor y convencer a la gente que compre tus productos y otra muy diferente y completamente anti-ética es agregar artículos (no solicitados) a la cuenta de alguien para lograr incrementar la venta y probablemente sus comisiones. Si van a la tienda tengan cuidado con la vendedora y sus tácticas agresivas y anti-éticas de venta.
