I went to Bloomingdale's in Aventura Mall, located in Aventura, Florida, which is just north of the City Of Miami. I was looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding. It was a joyful event shopping with both of my daughters. I went to Bloomingdale because I wanted something special. The store was basically empty of customers. I went up to a sales woman to ask her to point me towards the evening dress area. She said she would help me. What size did I need? I told her I needed a 14, maybe a 16 as evening dresses tend to run two sizes smaller than normal. she told me there was nothing in the store that size. She said she was going to look but that they only had size twos and fours. I said I would have to go shopping elsewhere then. This sales lady, then said not to bother looking because nothing was going to be bigger than a size 2 or 4 or in all of Aventura Mall. She gave me the option of trying on a size 2, and if I liked it, then she would order it in a larger size for me, if it was available. I said that was absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe that a sales person would talk to a customer that way. A good sales person would know that over 68% of American women are a size 16 or larger. The plus size industry is valued at over $288 billion this year, and expected to reach 550 billion by 2030. I wonder if her manager knows the sale that she just lost. Not only my sale, but for my mother as well. I was ready to spend upwards of $700 for a dress that day at Bloomingdale. But I left disgusted. My family would not let me home go until we had gone to the other shops to find the mother of the bride dress I was looking for. Absolutely no problem finding it everywhere else. I came home with not only my dress for my daughter's wedding, but also my mother's dress.

I recently bought the cloud sneakers with Ryan Stuart and he was absolutely amazing! The sweetest gentleman was beyond helpful with what sizes we should get & was extremely kind with which ones he recommends! Beyond happy with my purchase and my service. Would 10/10 recommend this location especially if Ryan is there. Thank you Ryan.

I ordered gifts from the registry. found what I wanted and completed the order. it went to my payment and there was no place to put a gift note. I checkEd out and called customer service. I was told they couldn't do a gift note because the items were sent from the manufacture. I asked how the bride will know who it came from, she said they can call Bloomingdale's and ask them. in addition the three items will be sent separately. i asked to speak to a manager, she said that won't happen. I will never shop at Bloomingdale's. every gift I bought from Amazon was troublefree. no problem adding a gift card. i recommend register on Amazon

Bohemia Bricco is such an amazing person with a delightful personality. My girlfriend and I were not having a good day, and she brightened it up with her positive energy while helping us look for a bathing suit. Thanks so much Bohemia. You are the reason we will continue to shop at Bloomingdales.

I’m a regular costumer at bloomingdales at Aventura, and I love to shop at the ba&sh pop up. I’ve bought many items from them always with pleasure. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about my last purchase. I bought it not even 24 hours before and after trying it at home (choosing an outfit for the prior night) I changed my mind and wanted to return it. When I got there the following morning i spoke with their cashier which told me that she didn’t know if I could returned it because it had wrinkles(pretty normal since I tried it several times home and then placed it back in the bag) and after 15 min the “sales manager” or whatever her profession is, I believe her name is Laura, came to me saying that it was IMPOSSIBLE for her to make te return because of the wrinkles and “perfume” (which anyone that tries it even in the store can leave some perfume on the clothes). I feel very disrespected, because she was trying to say that I was lying about not wearing it. I don’t mind spending that lot of money for a shirt ($250), BUT I do mind when I know I’m not gonna wear it. So sad that a brand like this has this poor costumer service

Been to Aventura Bloomingdales many times over the years. Went to fitting room today to try on a Ralph Lauren item. Fitting room nearest to RL was under construction. Went to next closest and was screamed at by sales associate because I did not ask for her "permission" to use this fitting room. Mortified. Will not shop there again. Only on-line.

2-11-22Friday nightNeeded a new dress for a wedding so I came here. Truly tried and true the best choices for social occasion dresses. So they re-arranged the store since my last time here. All the dresses were to the back of the 2nd floor near the cafe. I guess they figured you want it bad enough you will hunt it down and that I did. Very quickly found several dresses to try on but only put this one on. The first one was too big so I had to go back and get a smaller size. Lucky me even after eating McDonald's today and can still fit in a small. Than I FaceTimed hubby who was home to get his opinion. He liked it also I think he was thrilled not to have had to come with me. So I went to the register to pay. The good news is that I am a Rewards Member and if I come back tomorrow I get $ 75. to spend on any thing I want in the store. I have 180 days to redeem. So why did they drop to a four star from a five that I gave them six years ago? That's because the Men's department is truly lacking. No shirts,ties or slippers for hubby so I had to shop somewhere else.

Extraordinarily disappointed in Bloomingdales this year. NO. CHRISTMAS. DECORATIONS. ON. DISPLAY. NOT. A. SINGLE. CHRISTMAS. TREE. TO. BE. FOUND. WTF?One star rating here to equal their shamefully ZERO lack of Christmas spirit. Might explain why the mall was full (of Christmas decorations AND shoppers) and this Bloomingdales location looked like a typical empty JC Penny on a Tuesday afternoon in March.Yeah there is COVID and all that but department stores have their Christmas decorations in storage. Pull the stuff out and decorate your store during a time when we could all use some Christmas cheer.Bah Humbug!!!!
