They NEVER EVER answer the phone ?
And once I called another store in Lincoln they finally answered me gave me a number to call ☎️
And they says I was one week late for a replacement - the inside of the heel is made is polesterol I mean… you kidding me right??

The store was great and I loved their men’s selection, and the worker Klayanna really played a big part in elevating my shopping experience. Not only did she help me get my shoes, she also took the time out of her day to help me coordinate an outfit together. Outstanding service on her end.
