Very bad experience. Went there to exchange the shoes of my wife present for his bday and manager for sunday 1.00 pm barbara was very very very unpr3fesional, she always says receive , dont even say hello or goodbye or how can i help you. This pais of shoes was one of the 7 pair of shoes we buy and only want to exchange for one size less but she dont want to offer cistomer service. ATENTION

Just terrible!!! No one knows what’s happening in that store and everyone looks miserable. Both mannequins in the window and front of the store are wearing the outfit I wanted and no one knows if they have it! We ask the manager and they told us that “maybe” it’s sold out….. this is one of the many reason why standalone stores are no longer a fun and interesting place to shop to. Everyone else shops online. Adidas outlets have better customer service.

The staff is indifferent, it takes them a long time to bring you something you ask for, they have little variety of things and few sizes. If they put a kiosk they will do better

probably the worst service i ever encountered in a retail store, employee just ignore you and walk away when you’re trying to ask for shoes, most of them seem annoyed. I work in retail too so i know it can be hard at times, but these people were just rude.

The store is empty and the employees are just standing and talking to each other. You ask for help and it takes them 15 min to finally tell you they are out of stock.

The staff is a disaster, they look disgusted when you ask them for help, they don't lift their faces from their cell phones even to save their lives, and even the supervisor who was there between 2 and 3 in the afternoon on the day I posted this is useless and didn't solve anything.

Terrible, it has no products, the latest from Adidas is not there, the staff is sparse, apathetic, they don't help you. It's a shame it's a very nice mall.

Store does not open at 9am, please correct store hours. I’ve been standing outside since 9am,Wasting my valuable time. There are employees inside getting paid, not the case for me.

Today I made a purchase of sneakers and a thermos.It was 200 dollars for the sneakers and 30 dollars for the thermos.But it had a 20% coupon.When I got to the hotel I realized that instead of the 30 dol thermos they had bought some 70 dol predator slippers.A disappointment.They stole 35 dol from me.And I can't claim it because tomorrow my flight leaves very early.It's a shame they have ATMs this poor.
