I bought a dinning table and a reclining leather sofa from Addison house. Maria Teresa gave us great service and showed attention to detail regarding our needs and taste. The quality of both items was excellent. We are very happy with our purchase and service and would highly recommend buying furniture from Addison House

Not nice people. They don't respect their customers. Very courteous to obtain the sale but uncaring after. Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. We spent approximately 12,500 on a single order. Part of the order was for 6 dining chairs, approximate cost 425.00 each. The chairs were delivered packed in 3 boxes, 2 chairs per box. I asked the delivery people to leave 2 boxes unopened, just open 1 box and remove 2 chairs. We were doing extensive construction in the apt and wanted to avoid construction dust and other potential damage, so we left 2 boxes closed. The 2 opened chairs looked fine. Several months later, we opened the remaining 2 boxes. We found 1 chair totally damaged. One of the legs had the rubber "plug" missing at the bottom and instead the bottom of the chair was crushed. The pictures explain what I mean. In addition, the chair was yellowish instead of beige, sort of looked like high humidity/heat had damaged the faux leather.

Addison House carries many different high quality furniture lines with custom options. Installation was effortless. We look forward to working with them again on future projects

I recently purchased a table from Addison House. I had seen the table in the store then called a sales rep when I got home to place my order. When the table arrived, I noted that the table top was a different color from what I had seen in the store, and there were a number of spots where the table was damaged on the ends and the underside. I called Addison House that same day and asked them to take back the table due to the damage, and due to the fact that the color wasn't the same as what I was expecting. I also emailed Addison House 5 photos showing 5 different areas where the table was damaged. Once Addison House picked up the table from me, I didn't hear back from anyone for over a week and didn't receive a refund. I called customer service repeatedly and left voicemails but no one ever called me back. Finally, after leaving 4 or so unanswered voicemails, I finally caught someone on the phone who told me she would process my refund. Another week passed and I still had no refund and had to call customer service yet again. After almost a month, I finally got a refund but the amount of the refund was $150 less than what I had paid for the table. I called Addison House customer service and left two more voicemails asking why they took $150 out of my refund. No one ever called me back. A few more days later, I called again and spoke with Geisha in customer service. She told me she would look into it. The next day she sent me an email and said they weren't refunding the $150 delivery charge because there was no damage "AT ALL." I couldn't believe it!! This is a very high end store that charges ridiculously HIGH prices and they had already received all of the photos showing extensive damage along the edges and underside of the table, along with several areas of large scratches and they're now telling me a month later that there was no damage "AT ALL" and that they're keeping the $150 delivery fee??!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!! Addison House tries to position itself as a high-end store but, if there are any issues or problems with your order, Addison House immediately starts acting like the lowest, low-end store and doesn't want to provide any level of customer service. Their all smiles when they accept your money but they're absolutely horrible to deal with from a customer service standpoint. I've never had such a terrible experience where the customer service team doesn't even answer the phone and refuses to return phone calls from customers, and then refuses to issue a full refund for a damaged item. I will NEVER shop there again.

Terrible sale team staff , I dont know what is she using but she needs to change her attitude. We find same brand and same item with a nice service and pricing in other store. Be far away from Aventura store.

We had an amazing experience shopping for a sofa at Addison House. After looking for so long and being recommended to visit their Aventura Showroom we decided to go and see if we could finally find our sofa, we had very specific measurements and this why it was really difficult to find one. Upon arriving we were greeted and asked if it was our first time visiting the store, a few moments later a lovely Sales Person by the name Esther introduced herself explained us that they represent more than 120 different vendors from all over Italy and anything they have on the showroom can be customized to our likings, needs and specific sizing. After walking their gorgeous showroom we found a beautiful sofa by a brand name call: " CIERRE " we sat with Esther, she made us great great Cappuccino and after sharing the measurements we had, she brought the swatches and we picked a gorgeous and very rich leather with texture. We paid the deposit and left the store feeling not only accomplished but having the feeling we were treated like Royalty. During the process of Production Esther follow up and was giving us updates about our sofa. After about 3 months we were contacted by the Operations Department to coordinate a delivery day. The day came: the sofa arrived and we were extremely pleased on how stunning it end up looking and how comfortable it was! If you looking to custom make the furniture for your new home look no further; Addison House will either have it or have made for you. The Service was impecable!

Nice furniture, but beware of quality on ware & tear and especially of raspy-voiced lady in the Avetura location. She Made the experience very unpleasant, she is very aggressive and only interested in speaking to you if you're making a decision right then and there. Ask for someone else so that you can have a quality experience.
