They are the sweetest most caring group of people I have ever met! I'll NEVER go anywhere but here!

Get your BOGO's early. Limited meat department. Aisles are narrow and cramped. Newish and shows it, but great to have in Ave Maria.

Predatory pricing, this pharmacy over charges on medication. I get a 90 day supply of Clomid for $30 from a Canadian supplier and the Publix Pharmacy wanted to charge me $150+ for a 30 day supply. This location is a harmacy, you know it’s bad when you see them selling a $50 nasal spray to prevent an opioid overdose they are responsible for getting people addicted to.

They have a lot of work to do to improve customer service.

As a Ave resident it’s very frustrating that it’s easier to get scripts in town faster. There’s always a line the techs are very slow. Calling the pharmacy is worse I’ve been on hold for over 30mins several times. The app doesn’t work for payment for easy pick up… it’s challenging to do Se this pharmacy

My girlfriend burned her hand real bad on a hot pan, so after resting it in water and taking Advil we went into this publix pharmacy and the people were so helpful. Very knowledgeable, joked around with us and made us feel like all will be okay. Incredible staff, directed us to the products we should buy but more importantly the products we shouldn’t buy. Actually one of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with anyone in the health sector, normally they’re not very helpful and don’t seem to care but this was a 10/10 experience.

This Publix has great service! The deli has delicious subs and of course quality food for you to enjoy! I recommend 100%.

This is a small Publix. Self checkouts were recently installed, and the new pharmacy is a welcome addition.

The worst Publix I have ever shopped at. The deli never has online orders completed when I arrive and they are painfully slow. Products outdated in shelves, produce is absolutely awful and only stays maybe two days at home. Staff is not friendly at all except management and prices are much higher here then any other Publix I have been to. I strictly go there out of convenience during the week if I happened to have forgot something during my big shopping elsewhere over the weekends. I would rather pay for gas and travel to other locations or a different grocery store instead. Very sad that this small town can't have a decent place to grocery shop. They also do not carry many ethnic foods and with a predominantly Hispanic community this is a shame. Not even deserving of the one star I was forced to give. Never an enjoyable shopping experience!

Small, friendly & great about getting products if supply chain demand allows. Do their best always!

If it wasn't for the deli this Publix would get 5 stars from me. Yes it's premium prices but it beats driving 20 minutes to the next closes one. The deli is the THE WORST EVER. Painfully slow and full of attitude. By 6:30 they have run out of chicken tenders/popcorn chicken or something. By 7 they start pulling the food to clean. Lines at lunch are ridiculous and you for sure will get back to work late without eating. Don't waste your time putting the order on line because it won't be ready, and if it is, it's completely incorrect from what you ordered. They have gone through numerous managers and have not seen any difference. Today it took me 35 minutes to get a sub when there was only 3 people in front of me with two deli employees or I should say slowyees. It's a shame that one department can bring a place down so much.

Like almost every Publix, well lit, clean and well organized. Great fresh foods, bakery, beer and wine selection and as always, Deli. This store is a smaller footprint store so keep that in in mind as they won't have every item you find at the larger footprint stores.

Smaller and more expensive than a normal Publix. Does not price match. Staff are mostly nice but painfully slow, I don't even bother with the deli anymore. I would never shop here if it wasn't my only option.

It would be great to have a Publix so convenient and close and to stay but so many of their products are outdated on the shelves. You really have to look at what you buy. Employees seem to be nice but don't seem to be trained on removing old items off the shelves. This makes me especially hesitant to purchase anything from the bakery/deli/meat dept. or prepared foods. Disappointing---but hope this can improve as I was told at the front end that the manager gets these complaints often and is very aware. Sometimes worth the trip to Immokalee Road; beautiful store with high turnover of product and no past sale date on its products.

It's nice to have this Publix in town. The staff are are incredibly helpful and friendly. Many are locals/high school/uni students. Variety is okay, as the store is smaller than most publix. There is no pharmacy. The prices are absurd though. We started shopping at the new Aldi in Naples instead and we get way more value (also more organic products) at 1/3 to 1/2 of the cost. Either way it's nice if you need to grab a few small things very quickly.
