Just came he had this boots since 1 week after I made the complaint on torn boots. Got the new exchange ones they are brand new. “First and foremost. Reina is a beautiful person inside and out. Her passion for fashion goes way beyond what most people see. She understands and knows a woman's body and what will work for each person individually, their style, their size & shape, and i saw her put a plain white button down short that to laymen like myself would never touch something like that thinking it's too boring. Well let me tell you she showed her HOW to weaR that shirt . I've never seen this before. It looked gorgeous. I did'nt know what or how she did that but she did. There's no pressure or pushiness either. She's helpful when you want help which I think is kinda cool . When I asked her how she does thus si naturally she then told me her background in modeling and working with celebrities down in Miami before coming to Ave Maria. I am from boca raton and i never saw anything there in 30 years like the way Reina runs her store...with kindness, generosity, skill, care, professionalism , and most of all...love ❤”
