My Dad lost his son at 25 this past month they charged $400.00 for a tow, after he was T-Boned it’s also Christmas time which hits him the most I spoke to Anna Bell which she was extremely rude. Horrible Horrible Customer Service no empathy as well. I asked to cut him a small break and she said $400.00 for a 5 min tow to a father who lost his son to Cancer and his mom the previous month. I’m not even mad they couldn’t helped him outs it’s how nasty she was on the phone. Towing is a lot of competition and this family owned you don’t expect that from small business go anywhere but here . Jt’s or Boltens these people care about the service they provide. Webbs do not care, let your son die of cancer at 25 let your business fail, I’ll make sure everyone knows about how horrible the service was.

Caused damage to entry gate. Refuses to accept responsibility. Police report filed. Security system recorded the incident. Phil cussed me out when I called him.

I had water in my trunk of my Camaro and it was about 2inches of water. Car wouldnt start at all so I called Webbs towing. Adriel came 1hr earlier then expected. He literally jumped my car and it started right up. He even followed me home just to make sure my car didnt shut off and made sure I made it safe to my destination. I appreciate the help thank you Adriel and Webbs towing such a life saver tonight.

Great customer service the wait wasn’t long. 1st driver wasn’t prepared. Second driver was amazing. Unlocked my truck within a few mins and I was out of there.

I was in a vehicle accident and from previous towing and recovery experience I didn't have Winter Haven PD call a tow truck or it would've been costed double. I called Webb's. Driver was great, got my car where it needed to be, safely home.
