We love WaWa and always stop for food and gas @store # 23623 near Lake Wales Florida on US 27. Large Black woman cooking was ignorant, ignored our questions and we left without buying anything but gas. She has no business being in customer service for our favorite convenience store.

Terrible disgraceful location worst MGR MGT I've ever seen in 70 + years i was seriously INJURED at this location store employees notified immediately no accident/ incident report was made niether person on duty knew what to do so both did NOTHING after leaving multiple messages for store MGR STEVE ? Messaged area MGR 4 times NIETHER NOT 1 returned a call / message employee on duty however did make store MGR STEVE ? aware of the seriousness of a customer injury area MGR as well a much time has gone not 1 person from the location CORP OFFICE HAS SHOWN ANY TYPE OF CONCERNS Sadly 2 different employees informed me Steve is a terrible person/ MGR whom never follows up on anything apparently obviously this is so true/ speaking through personal experience it's often wondered why things hand up in court bad business, reviews REALLY MGR MGT not one person showing interest in a customers safety well-being after being bed ridden covered in brewzes sick sore swollen damaged property blood through personal injury NOTE ( ALL EMPLOYEE WITNESSED AT TIME ) attending employee she was nice the entire rest SHAME ON YOURSELVES, I'm thinking another Comp all hype !! I'm so hurt beyond upset at the very least being checked on by mgr would have made all the difference in the world, for Comp sake be better to your customers no one deserves this WaWa no one take this info seriously as I mentioned no one deserves this No one , PM auburndale fl,

Awesome gas station. Fresh food and real easy to order. Great place to stop and get some food if you dont feel like going to a sit down. Made to order paninis, cold cut snadwiches or baked, burritos, salads, quesadillas and soups. Great selection of slurpies too. I had a pomegranite vitamin water slurpy that was delicious. They sell ice and also small foam coolers. Good gas prices. Recommend this place to everyone. Oh clean restrooms too

Air machine is almost always broken. Staff is pretty quick with service. But if you're going late at night, be careful. The area isn't what you'd call safe and there's a lot of loitering going on. If it's after midnight and I don't see a cop in the parking lot (they're there pretty often) I go somewhere else.

Quick service with a SMILE!!!! Thank you for making my service dog feel special with a pup cup. You guys made his hot busy little day so much better today. It always put a smile on my face when I see so many peoples smiling faces see my boy Enzo chow down on a pupcup. Thank you ?

Never have i ever had a drier biscuit and gravy. They could at the very least give you enough gravy to cover the biscuit. I shop there 5 days a week for breakfast, but as of lately just not getting my moneys worth

I like most wawa places I come across but this one doesn't have outlet to charge my laptop while I eat smh ?♂️ they removed them...now I don't have the pleasure of charging my device while I eat.The food was fantastic but the bathroom was dirty. (edit- never mind my double hamburger didn't have any vegetables.... And I ordered it with vegetables this was supposed to be a 3 star review but now yall not getting that either)I really wish they will add a charging station in wawa, in Japan they have them everywhere and I really think it needs to happen here too.

Can't believe I fell for it. The clerk @ the check out started talking about something she said was all over the news. Needless to say it was not true. While telling me about this false news she kept my receipt & the coins from my purchase. While it was only a small amount if change she distracted me & took what was not hers.

Sandwich is ok. The bread was tuff. Not what I expected. For softer fresh baked bread I would choose subway. Service was good. Not worth the price. This place isn’t living up to the hype

The worst customer service ever. A friend had to use the bathroom it was closed for cleaning. She literally was begging and the guy told he to wait. It was the most unbelievable situation ever
