The Customer Service Dept is absolutely terrible as well as the Auto Center. They do not even answer the phone. I have been trying to call since yesterday! Even the Customer Service Dept at Corporate says they cannot even get them to answer!

I traveled to this Walmart from Bartow, FL because Walmart online said that Auburndale had the product "In Stock" that I was looking for. I arrived at 3 pm on 11/30/2023. The person over sporting goods department that day said she did see that they show the product available, but it wasn't on the sells floor. So, she went back to the storage area to retrieve them. She came back and said due to the Semi truck delivery that just came in blocked her access to the storage isle that they were on. She said that if I came back the next day 12/1/2023 by 9:30am she would be able to retrieve the items. NOT- When I made the 2nd trip back to Auburndale, she still couldn't retrieve the items due to storage area isle blockage. This is beyond poor customer service.

I felt upset to wait 44 minutes to pick up my order today. Even that I arrived on time to pickup my order at 12 and received two emails that it was ready, I noticed about 6 car arriving after me that were attended first. I asked to two employees about my order and nobody did anything. The excuse was that I didn't check in when I get there, but nobody asked themselves about the big truck parked in row #2 waiting for a while? You know a little more courtesy to attend everybody in the same way!

Walmart indo not expect top of the line service but I do expect the very basics. This store has missed the mark. I understand that this state has a lot of elderly residents, however I do expect the stores to try to accommodate the elderly and the handicap or the mobile challenged customers. I walked in the store and went to go get a handicap buggy. There was five carts lined up against the wall with the baskets for the wall so that let me know they weren't working or they weren't charged. Upon looking at it a little closer I could see that they had tied the carts together so that nobody could choose them because they were out of service. I assume they just don't work. There was one cart there that was currently charging it was dead. I don't understand having four carts in the store on the premises that just simply do not work. Why are they there? This is a great disadvantage to people who would like to shop who simply cannot walk this Warehouse. I am one of those people. I will say though that when we ask the front end agents they try their best to find a handicap cart for me. They were able to find one with 65% charge. However I had to wait sometime before that happened I just need all stores to do better when it comes to handicap buggies. We deserve to shop the same way others do as our money spends the same way.

I had two checks to cash, one was from My dental insurance and the other from the Polk county court for jury duty. Didn't want to drive to my bank and was at Walmart so thought I would cash them there. For my Dental refund check was told No cause it had a box number, ok than from the court system was also told no that they weren't allowed to cash it also. Ok I guess the Federal and local government must not horrid there check if Walmart refused to cash them.

Awful customer service today most of the time I walk up and there is an older man that is working electronics and he is amazing and very helpful but today we were waiting on electronics and 2 employees that were working electronics as they were pulling the drawers from the register of the electronics section walked right past me and my wife while we were trying to get their attention and they walked away then we waited for over 20 minutes for some one to come help us (which was one of the employees that walked right past me and my wife) when they got there all they said was they couldn't open anything as the keys had been locked up it was 10:15 Walmart doesn't close until 11:00 why would you lock up the keys to the electronics. Just plain stupid

went to this Walmart with my child who happens to be 16 (never had any issues before) but today I was buying a bottle of wine and a 12 pack of beer along with the $150 worth of things in my cart ...me being 38 years old my daughter who has never even thought about taking a sip of alcohol moved the 12 pack in the cart .. literally moved it and I was refusing the sale of my 2 items today... seriously if I was or someone else was trying to do something suspicious don't you think we would be acting accordingly... I know Walmarts policy for alcohol and that cashier accused me of buying for my minor child ... very insulting and this said person needs to look into a job not dealing with reality and actual people!! this Walmart employee came around the corner with a massive attitude.. again never had issues here ever before...maybe you guys should think about doing a second interview process because I am literally just a mother trying to shop with her children

This Walmart does not have more than a couple cashiers, more than half the self-checkout are not working. When you ask why this is happening everyone looks dumbfounded or says not my job. Came into the store and no grocery baskets, had to go back out and get one in the parking lot, then noticed baskets everywhere in the parking lot. We asked the clerk at the door if they were able to call someone to get some baskets brought in for customers and he said "not his job". Many of the items on my list were not on the shelves, half caffeine Maxwell house coffee, fat free creamer, caffeine free Coke Zero. I wish this Walmart would get some good management who cares about their customers and what is needed to make it a good place to shop since what you experience in this store just shows no one has your best interest in mind and could care less.

So did a pickup order waited 45 mins to find a item looking like this and find ink with am I so I thought maybe package error but see this long error code don’t order online go to Ann ink manufacturers and all I kept hearing is we are waiting on a 2nd hold

The lines are always super long here, especially at night, so if you only need one thing in a hurry, this isn't the place to go.
