Terrible service at the pharmacy. lousy staff. They lie, they never have the medications and you have to keep calling to get refills even if they are given automatically. They are always lost. Unfortunately I had to change CVs because of the insurance. I love CVS I hate walgreens IT DOESN'T WORK

Bad service at all 25 minutes waiting for 2 passport picture they take in 2 minutes and have to wait 1 hour to have it I can't make it back so next day come back an pick up and found out they throw it away really

Pharmacist put in partial orders called in. Staff was rude about it. Nasty attitudes. I don’t know if this pharmacy is overworked and understaffed, but it’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Unfortunately insurance insists on a Walgreens pharmacy.

The pharmacy is a most disrespectful group of people that have even worked in a Pharmacy this is the only Location I would never Recommend for anyone to get your Prescriptions the Pharmacy staff Absolutely. Have no heart and so disrespectful they have no problem putting you on hold for 20 and 30 plus minutes hold and with out a Explanation or an apology definite needs new Pharmacy staff and I feel it's the Pharmacist fault for not training and helping and doing what they need to do to Give proper training to the Staff

Worst pharmacy chain on the face of the earth. Every time I have to use them there’s an issue. I actually pay several hundred dollars more per month to use WalMart who is not accepted by Florida Blue. I only use Walgreens as a last resort due to the high cost of some of my prescriptions. They absolutely suck. -10 stars

The worst place to be.. if you are in drive through they ignore. Expect good 50 minutes to pick up your medicine if you are lucky

The pharmacy is unorganized with prescriptions, only give partials and then can’t find in the system when we go back to get the rest. The famous pull around and it will be ready in 15 minutes is a lie. We waited almost an hour until my husband had to get the manager to tell the pharmacist to get it done and we got it immediately after. All she had to do was sign off on it, but purposely helped other people and answered phone calls instead. They are rude and unprofessional.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional call numerous of times trying to get a prescription transfer and I’ve been lied to several times this is not right when someone really in need of medication and you can’t make a simple call to get a prescription transferred. Please don’t go here.

Terribly disappointed with the inefficiency and incompetence in the pharmacy. Multiple times scripts are supposedly filled, but then unable to be pickd up due to "the delivery from our central filling station hasn't arrived/been unloaded" etc. This, after incessant, automated texts and calls which are useless.Most recent, and the last straw: I arrived to pickup one of my regularly-taken medications,to find out it wasn't filled as indicated, then after waiting , couldn't sell it to me since a price wouldn't show for it. After expressing serious frustration, they gave me 3 days worth to get me by. The following day after more incessant texts and calls telling me my script was ready, I pick it up after being given three different prices over the phone.(No insurance) .1st price: 594.00,,, "wait, can you check that, it's usually 70.00?, 2nd price, oh its 99.00,,, oh wait it's 3rd,, 69.99. What the heck? The last straw is after I picked it up, I get it home and the incorrect medication is in the bag. The name of the medication I needed was on the bag and the bottle inside was a different medication. I'm done with this pharmacy.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They are so disorganized at the pharmacy and rude. They are not helpful at all. They are not accommodating they need to get their act together. Do not go to this Pharmacy.
