“Dr Beatty took over the practice of Dr Dunham in 2003. I've been here in the area for 30 years and I've been to most vets in the area. I found that he is just as capable very experienced veterinarian more than you expect from a veterinarian. And the biggest Plus on his side is that he's not money driven. He has a wonderful staff working for him in the building is prepared for any emergency. I really can't say enough about Cypress animal hospital check them out you won't be sorry. It's hard to get an appointment. Now the snow birds are coming back, it's really hard now.”

“This rating is for when they where Santa Fe and not the "new" place they are now. My late parents where using them when they where on Main street many years ago and moved over to 92. In which I then started using their services. Dr. Presnell has been a great vet and also a friend over the decades. I learned a lot about animal care from him as well. He is retiring this year and I wish him well and good luck. It is now Saddle Creek animal hospital. I hope you people and new management/ownership realize you have big shoes to fill!”

“Dr.Wilkinson is the best vet in Polk county. He takes his time to see every animal and take care of them to get them better as soon as possible. Also takes his time speak with the owners to get their pets better as soon as possible. My family and I have been going to him since we moved here twenty five years ago from Vero Beach. We will always take them .He is the best vet in Polk county.”
“I was a bit skeptical at first making a reservation for my two pets after reading the comments and low rate on yelp, I have used many boarding places & some are really expensive! but this place is really nice, friendly and quality for money $13 per night! I went and had a tour, it was really clean & nice, it didn't smell bad like some other places I've been and they gave me options to see if I wanted my pets together or in separate cages. The room was nicely laid out, light + airy, fans on, some dogs was playing together, they was really taken care of. I always go on instincts and I trust this place to leave my frenchie and yorkie. I'm updating my review, I picked my dogs up and they seemed fine, Benny was actually eating more! They called after we got home to see how they was doing. Great place”
“My Buddy . Was a frequent flyer @ Highland Square Veterinary Clinic . Everyone there is devoted to the care of your animal . Sometimes I would have to call 2 or 3 times a week . If the answer to my question was not known . I always received a call back .With the answer . Dr Bell , Dr Thomas or someone there would always call & check in on him . At the time of his passing . My extended family @ H.S.V.C was there for me .”

“This office is the best. From front desk, to assistants and of course Dr. Ezell. We have a border collie that had a severe issue and Dr. Ezell figured it out. We also have a very difficult Chiweenie and they treat this little monster like a princess.”
“I love this clinic and personnel everyone is so nice. I have been visiting them since 2017 and continue to use their services still. The prices are so affordable. I resue cats near my aunts home they make it possible to get them vaccinated and spayed neutered. I highly recommended this clinic. Just wish there were a location closer to me in Hillsborough county.”

“You were very respectful to us when we had to drive 45 minutes to have our 15 yr old schnauzer, Maggie, euthanatized. Our regular vet clinic (Saunders Vet Clinic, Avon park) was much closer but Saunder's staff was unwilling to inform the vet of Maggie's condition.
< br />She had stage 2 kidney disease a month ago and in one day just went down hill so fast. Thank you for your care of us and her.

“My Daughter's toy poodle has been sick, either me changing a treat to maybe chewing on a plant. Not sure what it was to be honest. I did call my vet, and explained her issue. I watched the dog it was after hours at my vet, and called my vet again. I got the Emergency vet number, and decided to take her to Park Way Emergency in Lakeland. The diaherra was extremely not good. They gave her a shot for the nausea and pills to be taken on top of food. Also, a paste to be given orally. I was relief because her stool is normal today, and she had a appetite last night for the first time in two days. She only had chicken broth for the last two days. My Vet suggested white rice and chicken for her evening meal. So, when I had her to Park Way Emergency, and asked if I could go ahead and give her what my vet (Bob Irelan Veterinary Services) recommended the white rice and chicken. Of course, Park Way Emergency said, "yes." I ? and she is much better. Thank you Jesus! The dog will be going to Germany ?? to be with my Daughter and Grandkids. I am so excited to see everyone, because they are in the Airforce and stationed in Germany ??.At least I didn't wait much longer, that is a key. My motto is 3 days, and no longer than 5 days.Including the stool, that I thought was vomit ? it wasn't.I hope this experience helps other fur babies owners.Melissa Elsass Brandewie”

“I had to put my cat of 17 years down . It was a hard decision that took me too long to make. When I finally decided it was time, I called the vet that sees my dog. They couldn't help unless I waited 3 more days. I called Haines City Pet Hospital. They worked me in that day. By far the nicest staff. I was a mess and they were very understanding.”

All of Dr. Nations team and Patricia in the other building that always makes sure we are taken care of with all our kitties and 3 chihuahuas so we are there for general health care often. “Took our rescue black lab, Piper, in yesterday to get her shots and a full exam. She has had few seizures so they were very thorough in trying to determine the cause and were very gentle with her. The doctor and techs and front desk were all so kind and helpful. Also told me ways to save money on vet costs! I've dealt with Dr. Hector, Toya, Lindsey and Selena and they were all great. ?”
