Constantly getting my neighbors mail and packages at random. When I have my flag up for outgoing mail it sometimes takes multiple days for it to be picked up during the week. Says they attempted to deliver but didn’t have access to my house. I live in a neighborhood with no gate or obstructions. Worst post office I have ever experienced.

Absolutely the worse mail service I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly tampering a messing up my mail almost once a month. Formal complaint has been filed.

My mail hasn’t been ten days since I last checked and they already sent my mail back .Terrible services! Plus let’s not even talk about all the mail that doesn’t get deliver to me and gets deliver to my neighbors under my name

This post office is terrible and they simply do not care. I work for a post office in Pinellas county and they would never let us be so careless and nonchalant about customers packages. I ordered a package for my elderly father and they returned it to sender saying the address was insufficient. I checked the shipping information and it was all correct. Called the office and they told me sorry it was an accident. I then asked what they are going to do about my package then they told me they couldn't do anything. Will be going up there to speak to a supervisor in the morning as I am out $60+ dollars for an order for my father. This office gives USPS a terrible name.

I went to the Auburndale Post Office again today, still no internet service! I was informed that is has been out for 9 days! This is absolute insanity to not be able to service your customers. This issue should have been addressed immediately! Please do better for your local residents.

We want updates as to a date, when the Post office is will repen back to Normal. It is completely unfair to you're customers to leave them in the Dark for months at a time and continues to pass by. without any notifications to you're customers. It's been an inconvenience since this mess started last year and it is still going on. Doesn't take this long to replace or repair the roof. Get it done Auburndale Post office and Open the post office back up.
