Great cars you just got to negotiate, walk around the car check for dents paint hood alignment , tires steering wheel straight brakes work horn and ask for there policy after you buy like who pays/fix’s my repairs if one pops up, warranty other than that I’m happy with my car just over paid for it but this is my first car so I learned a lot always be careful when making a big purchase do a lot of research and always have 2 quotes where ever you go ask around see who can give you the best deal and who works with you

Their Business practices are unethical, and deceptive. Further investigation of their contracts are currently being conducted. Consumers need to be knowledgeable and stay updated of the Laws concerning Business practices.

I just purchased 2006 Chevy Silverado I love it.This place is excellent to deal with. This is my second vehicle purchased from here and this most recent experience was even better than the first. The salesman Jerry was super professional and helpful and got me approved fast with a lower price than the sticker and was also understanding and helpful when I returned with a repair issue. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The owner Jerry, thought that I would not notice how much the horrible running condition of the Jeep I was looking at was in. He stated his mechanic fixed the electrical components of the windows and when we got there the driver side electrical components we're loose on the door, and would not not lock via keyless entry. There was a leak inside the back of the truck that he was not aware about so luckily it was raining the day I went. As I took the Jeep for a drive, I rev the engine, and it stayed revved after I took my foot off the pedal. Something seriously wrong with that. Then asking for $9,000 for a car that's not worth probably a thousand or two thousand in its current condition.Follow up comment to owner.You said your mechanic fixed the window gears and you promised to let me see the truck on the lift to inspect under it, only to find you have no garage, much less, NO mechanic on your property- so I never got to look under the truck as I requested. And as far as the cheapest car on the lot, hah! I wouldn't need to drive an hour to find a lower priced car. And if this SUPPOSEDLY "NOT QUITE READY TO SELL - Jeep was not in fact ready to be sold", then why did you have it advertised on your website FOR SALE??? More lies.You are what makes a used car salesman have the bad rep they have.

I am a very experienced, professional driver. I recently bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra SE, from Jerry, at Townsend Motors. He was straight-up and sincere about the vehicle I chose and didn't try to hustle me like the jerks on the dealership lot, here in Winter Haven. The car runs perfect and occasionally exceeds the suggested gas mileage. If you want a used car that rides like a new one, Jerry at Townsend Motors is the guy to see. Forget the dealership...go to this lot...no BS, no hassles... only quality cars sold by reputable salespeople.
