We use UPS weekly to get notaries done. Since this is a new store and near to home tried it to see how they compared to other UPS stores. They do not provide witnesses. Literally every other UPS store does but this one will not. So, if your document requires a witness, take your own or go elsewhere. We drove to another UPS store and got our document notarized and witnessed without issue.Update. I note the store has replied. I think the point I was making was lost, it is not a criticism, just an observation. Which is why I gave 3 out of 5 stars. I don't want to engage in a conversation by email. I have found several UPS stores who can help. Thank you.

If you want to pay for your free Amazon return come here. They always make you pay even when it states that it is free shipping and the label and box are not needed. Ridiculous

Rachel did a great job taking my fingerprints! Make sure to have an appointment before hand and 2 forms of ID!

They try to charge to tape a box, RIDICULOUS, the level of pettiness is severe…. I walk out and use Winter Haven store by Howard Johnson. No issues, no insane fees. Stay away, their next move is charge for air or using door…. Who knows, crazy.

Every time I go the service is fast and pleasant. The space is clean and welcoming, very professional. They even come out to help you with opening the door if you have a big package on you, which says that they are attentive with their customers. 2 thumbs up :)
