I'd love to leave no stars!! I walked in to purchase an iphone for a Christmas gift and was basically dismissed and told I couldn't purchase a new phone to upgrade an existing line. I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift so I didn't want it changed over till after Christmas. I was told I could go online, purchase the phone and pick up in store??? Why go online, and pick up when I'm standing in the store? Makes absolutely no sense. The sales rep literally acted as though I was annoying him. I left and came back the next day with the phone I wanted to upgrade in my hand. And was greeted at the door by a different rep with "I remember you from yesterday" and told me they have NO iPHONES available for sale! How does a phone store have NO phones for sale at Christmas time!?!?! I have had mobile phone service with Sprint sense 2000 well before it became T-Mobile and I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was in this store!!!!!! EVER!!! I took my $800.00 and drove to Lakeland and went to the T-mobile in the mall and was helped by a young lady named, Angie. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I told her what I wanted and how I wanted to do it and she did it with absolutely no problem! She took my money, gave me the new phone and I was out the door within 15 minutes of my purchase. She treated me kind, like a person should be treated! I received excellent service from, Angie. She listened to me, and I felt seen and heard unlike how I felt at the Auburndale store. It's a shame that I couldn't get this same service from my local store five minutes from my home and had to travel 25 minutes away to get great service, but from now on I will definitely go the extra miles to go see Angie! My girl knows how to get the job done and does it with kindness too! She's the one that deserves 5 stars! It still sickens me of how I was made to feel when leaving that Auburndale store! I will NEVER go back to this store! EVER!

We came in due to issues migrating to the e-sim on the iPhone 15 and Joseph did an excellent job assisting us. He also facilitated turning in the trade-in device and even installed a screen protector on the new phone! Great customer service!

The employees at this store don’t care to make a sale, they’re rude and never enough staff. Went in to purchase new phone and watches and they didn’t care we just ended up ordering online because truth is they weren’t going to do anything different than I could on my phone. Honestly they shouldn’t even bother having this store open. I’ll continue to use my T-Mobile app and call 611 for help when adding a new line. Customers do not have time to waste.

Haazy is phenomenal, as she helped us with our new Galaxy 6 watch and was extremely knowledgeable. I give her 5 stars....I would give her 10 Stars and an A+ if I could.

My boyfriend I stopped in at this location and had such a great experience. Monica was great and answered all our questions flawlessly. She did everything she possibly could to help us and we walked out as very satisfied customers and new phones. Definitely will go to her when we need anything.

I spoke to customer service on the phone and was unable to verify my phone password. I was told to go to a local store, this one, to get that password. I verified my identity with my Florida I.D. and was informed they were unable to provide me with the phone password, therefore could not further assist me IN PERSON. I called customer service again, explained what the store told me, the customer service agent contacted the same store not even 5 minutes later and got into my account for me. Why the run around? Lazy staff, lazy management, corporate was notified. Do not waste your time with this Corporate store.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

I live in Michigan and my father lives in Florida. He was having issues learning new technologies with his new iPhone 12. We wanted to switch back to a SE model that he was more familiar with. I called and talked to Saniel and he was able to return dads phone and exchange it for the model he was used to. I feel he went above and beyond to setup passwords and everything. It was nice to have someone like him to help when I was 1000 miles away.

Got new service and new phones that involved transferring from another carrier. The process was quite lengthy, but we were assisted by Glaudy, who was patient, efficient and knowledgeable. She took her time with us, making sure everything was done properly and that we understood everything. A+ customer service received from Glaudy.

Walked in to pre pay. Dude was rude didn't hear my number correctly, input it wrong then got an attitude. I pulled out my cash to pay, dude says hold on in a completely empty store nothing but employees standing around, including manager. Standing there waiting as dude scrolls through his tablet. Waiting. Standing. Nothing. I just walked out, went down the street and bought a new phone and a monthly plan with a different carrier. You can't force some people to just take your money and respect your time. T mobile how do you lose a customer with cash in hand? Oh yeah, diversity.
