They have 4 people at counter and still had to wait for someone who wasn't doing anything in the first place to check-in with

I have been having problems with my "New" mobile phone the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, also my Internet & WiFi has been buffering and my receiver is right under the TV???????????

Very busy and waited quite awhile to be seen after signing in. Schedule an appointment and I'm sure it will go faster. Staff was friendly, 6 work stations and all but 1 had someone working.
