I highly recommend. They are an affordable and great family owned shop! The staff went out of their way to assist me. The company found replacement parts for my 2004 Toyota that was recently vandalized. I drove a couple of hours to get there but they made me feel comfortable the entire time as they kept communication open. One of their staff members, Ian, went over and beyond to help me out. He ensured my replacement doors were put on safely and correct. I am very grateful to come across a great group of guys that really care about their customers! I was really concerned I would never find parts to fix my car that I could afford. Thanks to them I’m back on the road again and safe! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and clients.

Got some Fox Body Mustang seats on Saturday. They let me look at them and decide if I wanted them. One of the legs to the seat bracket broke when they were removing it, and they let me know immediately to see if I still wanted it. Of course a 40 year old seat in Florida is going to have rust; so I wasn't worried about it. Very happy that they are accurate and honest about the condition of the parts they sell.

RAW Auto Parts and their car sales division is as Good As It Gets!!! I Bought my car there and it was not only an Excellent car and an Excellent deal, but their service was also Excellent!!! These men bent over backwards for me!!! After test driving the car I knew I wanted it. I volunteered to give an $800 deposit so that I could bring the remainder in 4 days. (I live a few hours away). As it turned out, I needed a couple more days to pay them the balance. Over the phone they agreed and I took care of getting the rest of the money together and took ownership on the following Wednesday, instead of Monday. I like dealing with men of their word. I'm thankful to have bought my car from these folks at RAW Auto Parts. The car is Excellent and as far as I'm concerned, so are the folks at RAW Auto Parts. They are located in Auburndale at: 805 Old Winter Haven Road, Auburndale, FL. You can't go wrong with these guys!!!!!
