Bad service they don't care about the customer service. The same petson that sold me my cell and the internet told me I just sell if yoj need srevice call the number and they answer in India,Africa or Pbilippines thoes people only have a manual to k ow what to tell you depending on what you tell them and no one does anything.

I went in yesterday 6/10/24 to replace my phone that was broken at work. I was stressed but was helped immediately. Thought it was the best and quickest experience ever. Only to discover the agent that sold me the new phone had added insurance coverage and something else for $1. Never was asked, and NEVER would have agreed to any of it. Also, after speaking with the customer service representative I discovered I overpaid for the new phone, and should have been offered at the very least, an iPhone (I'm android and staying with android) for $100. Instead I left with a Nokia whatever for $160. According to Metro customer service I am still upgraded available. Shady as hell. Thanks for the free speaker to throw me off though. He did ask me to leave a review. Well, here it is. Try not take advantage of customers. Especially long time ones. Not ok.

How can you have a phone company that won’t even answer the phone? But when you go in the actual store there’s usually one customer in there IF that. Lack of customer service in EVERY store.

They sell a phone they won't stand behind, then think it's funny that you have to buy a new one then pay to activate. Guess you have to be a bro to get customer service.
