But that’s never been the case at this UPS store in Auburndale, near Publix—I want to be sure to credit the right location. I actually travel all the way from Lakeland just to visit this store. The workers there consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive the best service possible. I have never left feeling unseen. To me, that level of service is priceless. Thank you for that.”
