I wish I could give zero stars. Probably the rudest I have ever been treated by a stranger. Would not recommend

It's a little cramped and the fitting room could use some improvement, BUT they have great prices and the ladies that work there are super sweet. All of the money goes to taking care of dogs at Crossed Paws Rescue Inc.The clothes were priced $1 and $3. On the $1 clothes if you found 10 you could get them for $5. Amazing AND I found some great shirts! Also some work shirts for my husband. We had just left Lighthouse for the Blind where the shirts were priced $12.99. I told the ladies that they were selling their stuff too cheap. lolThey have a restroom with soap and paper towels which I really appreciate.I generally donate my unwanted items to local thrift stores in Haines City but I'm going to donate exclusively to this place to help the dogs, and the fact that they are so much more affordable than most other thrift stores. The only downside is they have no furniture because it's a very small store, but they have some lovely houseware items and chachkies.

I've been here several times. Every time, I find several things to buy and usually spend a significant amount of money, considering their usually inexpensive prices. I'm glad they exist and proceeds are supposed to benefit dogs. I've enjoyed shopping there every time except the last.I saw two signs at the books that said "books 5/$1", finding several that looked mildly interesting, and the used dog clothing had a sign that said $2.50. I chose a used dog outfit and 10 books along with several other items. Unfortunately, when I went to the register, they kept telling me the books were $1 each and the coat was $5. They acted like they were starting to add everything up at the prices they told me it was and I was about to tell them to keep the books and outfit since I didn't have the extra money. If I'd known the prices were wrong, I wouldn't have embarrassed myself by picking them up in the first place. Then they told me a couple more times how much more the books were apparently worth, embarrassing me more. They asked if I needed help carrying the books to my vehicle and then they said I didn't need help since I had a "strong young man" to carry them out for me. My disabled husband had already left the store because he was feeling dizzy.I like the store, but not how they acted. I hope it was just a fluke since it never happened before.

I enjoy coming here solely for the purpose of where the money is going towards. I love pets, especially dogs and always love to contribute to a pet related charity, especially this little shop. It's not a large store, no furniture, but I'm sure you can find a thing or two to contribute. They have quite a bit of pet related items as well, such as donated toys, treats, and food. If you're a pet person, you will enjoy this shop.

Seriously folks if you're in the Auburndale area, check this store out! It's small but it has ALOT of awesome items AND proceeds go to a great cause! Hours are limited since it's all volunteer, so check before you go BUT GO!! Heres my haul from yesterday ???

Such a great variety of clothing & decor. Bought a vintage lamp that goes perfectly with my interior decor. Better yet, it all goes to the dogs!!
