I was going to give it a five but yesterday kind of took me by surprise if they're rudeness of the manager like I've never dealt with him before and he was just rude. Like if I've mailed packages you would think that they have you stored in their computer which I think they should and he was very impatient. I have been dealing with a lot lately and I had no other choice but to take the phone call or else I would not have cuz I find it very rude to be on your phone when you're checking out but if I would not have answered then I would not have gotten my medical taken care of at the same time. So sometimes you got to have patience cuz you don't know what people are going through. Attitudes is not needed. We don't come to pay your bills because if it wasn't for us customers you would not have a job point blank. You just wouldn't. Too bad I can't use a different company but I have to go there or else I would go to UPS in Bartow but I must say the other representatives were awesome. Just this guy. Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't know everybody's entitled to have a bad day but you should never disrespect somebody just because they have to take the phone call. Sometimes you got to know sometimes it's out of their control. Other than that, it's great store. Prices are great except for overnight. It shouldn't be as much as it is for just a check overnight. Will run you close to 50 bucks. But regular shipping is only about 20 bucks and that's just an envelope with a check in it so I couldn't imagine. And I don't want to imagine because I probably get mad how much it cost to send a big package. I think it's kind of ridiculous. So if you ever wonder why they charge you for shipping handling when you buy something well, it's because of companies like this to overcharge people for ridiculousness prices

Out of stock items, even though mobile app stated items were available . Horrible parking lot full of potholes. The location needs a refresh inside and out. Ended up driving five miles out of my way to another location. Disappointed and won't be back !
