Every single time I call Family Dollar it don’t matter what location I’m calling the daytime evening time during the week weekends whenever I call no one ever answers!!! If no one‘s gonna answer the phone that means your store should be 101% organized and clean and every time I go into one again don’t matter what location it never is!!! You’re slowly moving to the bottom of my list I’d rather pay more somewhere else if you’re not gonna keep your store, clean and organized and not answer your phone when somebody calls!!!

It's 11:06 am on Thursday, May 4th. The tall woman with dark hair working the register watched as my pack of waters broke everywhere. She was cashing out another lady so I put my items on the counter, picked up the water bottles that had fallen everywhere, and said, "I'm going to go get a buggy really quick so I can carry this out."I got my buggy and waited for the other woman to walk by me so I could fit mine down.She skipped over my items and started ringing up the man behind me. When I asked why she said, "oops you weren't here." I replied that I had told her out loud I was getting a buggy because of the broken water pack. She shrugged and continued to make me wait through him and another customer because "I got out of line."Maybe she needs to be trained again. She wasn't one of the usual great women who work there.

family dollar on rt 92 near harvey's supermarket had a BOGO with coupon sign up for a product i was going to purchase. i was told that the coupon couldnt be used because there was a technical issue in the system so i suggested they take the sign down. the employee flat out refused and stated that the sign would remain up. i told him that is deceptive and false advertising and he pretty much dismissed me and told me to call corporate. i didnt like his snarky tone with me and will not frequent that store again.

The store is always out of items you need they make rules up like I D everyone they should follow corporate rules and if your over 40 no id and that jamie girl thinks she owns it they ban people who tell them how to fo there job make things up about them throwing things at them and dont have camera footage because it didnt happen im thinking about s suing them for defamation
